Excellent and very clean hotel. Perfect gym with a lot of equipment. Also they provide nice pool with a sauna. The breakfast is perfect and you can choose from many different food according to your preference

Great Room & Facilities, Excellent Restaurant

EXEEDED EXPECTATIONS The massage was excellent, pool & sauna too. The only ploblem was the smell of bournded wood all over the area, enviromental problems. Very professional receptionists, thank you.

Staff is friendly and helpful with very good English speaking front desk stuff as well as the stuff in the restaurant. The restaurant waiter Novica is highly professional, quick, helpful and very kind

Since it feels it is located in the middle of nowhere I was very surprised that it can actually challenge with hotels not located so remote. Great staff, good restaurant and a fully equipped huge gym

Pool was quite small, but fine as we were the only ones using it. My wife enjoyed her massage …… 30 euros for an hour. Breakfast had plenty of choice

Staff was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Wifi worked well. Sauna and whirlpool was included and also very nice.

The area where it is located is quite unassuming especially if you arrive at night but the hotel is a gem! The place is very welcoming, rooms nice and big and they have a private spa that you can book for your own use which is a great amenity! Breakfast was also quite nice and service great in general

Hotel is absolutely great, high standard, very clean, spacious rooms, good design, pool on tje roof very clean and nice resting area and pool bar. Great staff- very helpful, cheerful and resourceful

Comfortable stay - Excellent Reception Staff Very pleasant stay at this hotel. Room was very nice and comfortable. Only thing that needs attention was an electrical buzzing sound in the wall near the bed

A little side rant as well is that we had to wait over an hour for the staff to bring the robes and towels and they never came so when we went up to the front desk to ask about it the staff just gave us straight up attitude and acted like they were annoyed or bothered

Food was good as always, the pools were nice, they had a ping pong table and in General the stay was pleasant just that some staff haven’t been the warmest

It has indoor and outdoor pool, with a some smaller ones dedicated for children. The outer pool is sufficiently large to have a good swimming exercise. One of very top hotels in the area

I stayed here every year in early August since 2021, However this year is a bit different. In the most respectful way possible staff have been a bit colder this year

Probably, special seals are needed for the doors, Everything else - hammams and a hydromassage pool are excellent. The spa area was open even on holidays from 8 am to 10 pm

Champagne and free refreshments were an unexpected bonus! Liked the pools, recreation areas, I would like the temperature in the sauna to be above 90 degrees

Amazing accommodation with excellent service and very comfortable rooms, food was delicious in the restaurant and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Pirot. Highly recommended! 👍

The hotel is quite recently renovated, my single room was clean and there was enough space for a one night stand. Of course a mini bar with reasonable prices. Haven't tried the SPA, maybe next time

Only been in restaurant which is pretty good, very nice view on city center/square. Food is good, staff is nice and professional. Coffees are excellent. Nice place to relax.

The location is good. You can tell it's an old hotel, but it's mostly renovated. Rooms are well furnished, bathroom need upgrade, but it's still fine. Parking available. The bar is nice.

Rooms with bits of problema in the bathroom but not so Bad. Comfortable bed. Excellent service. Friendly personnel with a smile on their faces all the time.

The room we had was definitely a smoking room. Everything smelled of smoke including the pillows. Also the paint was falling off the wall/ceiling onto the bed during the night

Also, there is a big built cover providing shade. A few cats freely roam around the yard. The rooms are on the level that requires climbing 3 short flights of stairs and there is no elevator

The rooms are equipped with the basics - mini fridge (well stocked up), hair dryer, soap dispenser in both shower and sink areas. They have a restaurant that serves good food

They served us breakfast with lots of choices - eggs made to your likings, smoked meat, cheese, tomato, cereal, milk, yogurt, coffee is great too!

The warmth of people here is exceptional, the place is super clean and they serve home made Serbian food. Highly recommended.

The price is more then a correct. The rooms are big and clean with very conformable beds. I was surprised to find so good hotel in this part of Serbia. Just check is there some celebration in the hall

On our way back from Greece we had a lunch there. Perfect food, perfect waiter Nikola.

The hotel is located 5 km from the center, it is almost between in the nothing, just aside of the road, but it is in an excellent location, if only used for a night and then continue on the road

Very good place for weddings and other festivities. I had my own wedding there, and I'm beyond satisfied. The stuff here is so friendly and kind that I don't have enough words to describe them

Food was perfect, organisation was perfect, everything was perfect. In Gazela, there are also apartments, and we stayed in one of them - which was great, too. I highly recommend this place

I'd say this is the only place to stay in Niška Banja. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is truly excellent. The chicken burgers at the restaurant were surprisingly delicious. I highly recommend them.

We have a good accommodation in this hotel. The employee was very helpful and friendly especially with children. Their is many opportunities to shopping.
