Truly award-winning! …If you are visiting the magic Land of La Digue, then consider no other place to stay than Domaine le Rochers! The place is perfect – in terms of location, accommodation, vegetation or relaxation. It’s a few min walk from the jetty and quite surprising to find such a quiet hidden gem tucked away just one turn off the main street.
Together Paula & Costas have created a true haven for you and your holiday. Throughout our stay they were always available and incredibly helpful.
We were welcomed with fresh coconut water from the trees on their beautiful grounds and a very useful introduction to this wonderous island with great tips and top picks that served us well for the duration of our stay.
We stayed in the Kaz Takamaka villa which was impeccably clean and spacious and surrounded by a huge veranda and stunning property. The kitchen was very well-stocked upon arrival which made it easy for us to immediately exhale upon arrival and later choose to cook for ourselves rather than eat out.

Pros of this place - it’s walkable from the ferry, the staff are friendly and it was very nice to have some food already in the fridge for the next day. However the shower in our apartment gave an electric shock - when we reporting this to the cleaner she already knew and it had been like that for a while. Nothing was done. It’s just so dangerous. Also there were so many mosquitoes - you can’t sit in the garden. There were loads in our room, including inside the net. We got so many bites.

Very nice property with toughtful owners. Beautiful and quiet grounds with nice landscape and flowers. Nice design touches with large rooms with balconies and adjacent kitchenettes. Outdoor shower available to rince off the sand. You can rent bicycles from owners. Upon departure, you can use the transfer lounge if your ferry is planned for later in the day. Very good location, 5 minute walk from ferry and close to everything but not noisy.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Domaine Les Rochers on La Digue! From start to finish, everything was perfect. We stayed in the upstairs room.

I don’t leave reviews a lot but my family and I had such a wonderful time here, we really wanted to recommend it. I agree with other positive reviews that Costas and Paula are fantastic hosts who made our experience truly comfortable. They were incredibly helpful and friendly with everything. The accommodations are VERY clean, spacious and well-maintained. It was so easy to rent bikes from them and navigate our way around island with their tips. And we greatly appreciated some groceries, tea and coffee, and fruit offerings when we checked in - I don’t think it’s something a lot of places provided. This was truly one the best stays we had in years of travel around the world.

Many people can feel the acceleration of time and constant busyness in business, I am one of them.. To my regret and shame, I did not have time to leave a review on Booking when I was on holiday in this place. Now I want to fix it!
In my memory, I only had the best and most pleasant impressions from this place, the atmosphere and the hosts!
- Firstly, the excellent location - within walking distance from the port, food establishments from 1-10 minutes. And what an amazing garden inside, the birds were singing! 😍 I rented a bike from the owner at a great price and traveled around many places on it - distant beaches, a famous park.
- Secondly, wonderful apartments - clean, cozy, in style 🥰 Here I tried the most delicious Avocado in my life! A set of fruits, breakfast products were waiting for me in my own kitchen.
- Thirdly, but in the center of attention is the owner Costas, friendly and helpful. The place will tell a lot about the owner, I think many will agree with me. And this is truly a magnificent place to relax and recharge with wonderful feelings!😍
- Also, the owner upgraded my room level without extra charge, since it was available🥰 Special thanks for this!

One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. The owners are so helpful especially when I got a urine infection, they assured me that I would be able to get antibiotics at the hospital which stopped me worrying. We hired bikes from them. We also booked a snorkelling trip through them. So handy to be able to book everything in one place. The beds are really comfortable with a mosquito net, but it does get light very early (6am). We had a huge wrap round terrace and there are nice comfy sun loungers in the grounds. It was a nice touch to have some water, eggs, bread, juice and fruit provided. There’s also a washing machine with powder provided. The aircon is good and there is fast WiFi. There’s also a hairdryer as good as mine at home. The attention to detail is perfect.

My wife and I wanted to visit La Digue in the Seychelles but there’s such a lot of accommodation that we didn’t know where to start. Domaine Les Rochers popped up on the search and so we decided to book 3 nights there. What a great decision that turned out to be. The booking process was easy and after letting Costas (the owner, along with his wife Paula) know our arrival time he said that he would meet us off the ferry. As good as his word, there he was with a golf buggy and drove us the short distance to his property. Wow! He turned off the main street into a tropical garden oasis which was to be our home for the next few days. Peaceful and tranquil is the only way to describe it and we were certainly impressed. A cold drink followed by an introduction to the island and Costas then took us through the garden to our accommodation. We had booked an apartment which turned out to be one of only two in a relatively new building called Takamaka, named after the trees which grow round about. The whole site only has two apartment buildings and perhaps three bungalows and so it certainly isn’t crowded. We were on the first floor with a long balcony overlooking the garden, a huge bedroom with a sitting area and a large bathroom with an impressively sized shower. Oh, and we also had a separate fully equipped kitchen which even has a Nespresso machine – Costas said that as he liked his coffee he felt that his guests should be able to enjoy a good cup as well! Seriously, the attention to detail is extremely high and we really couldn’t come up with anything which we might need that wasn’t provided. La Digue isn’t large and cycling is the preferred form of transport – not surprisingly, Costas had lots of bicycles available to choose from. It seems that he and Paula have thought of everything. The property is close to shops and restaurants and probably no more that 100 mts or so from the sea. A bonus is that it’s all flat without a hill in sight unless you choose to venture a bit further from home. Although island life is slow our 3 nights passed by very quickly and then Costas was on hand to drive us back to the ferry. We shook hands and boarded the ferry having had a most wonderful few days in paradise – thank you so much.

High end, stunning apartments, great location, beautiful grounds, attentive owners and such pleasant staff who made our stay so comfortable. From the initial introduction to the island until the final checkout, everything was just perfect. We will return for sure

We had an amazing stay at Domaine Les Rochers. The property is gorgeous and so well-maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable and expertly cleaned by the kind and attentive staff. Owners Paula and Costas went out of their way to welcome us on our honeymoon and help us learn about La Digue. What an incredible property!
