The only good thing about this hosteliere is that it is near the ferry and you can get to it in 5minutes. Neighborhood quite poor, garden as well. We arrived earlier than expected and we were allowed to check in without any problems.Hostesses are really nice and friendly, that’s why I gave service 4stars.Amenities in the rooms are very poor- especially I was disappointed with bed as I haven’t slept...

Fabulous location: 2 minutes walk from the ferry, in a quiet area, surrounded by garden, yet very close to restaurants and shops. there are three modern villes, ours had two large bedrooms, two and half baths, large living and kitchen, so excellent for a family. Aircon is very efficient and WiFi also. The host (Ruby) is very helpful, we got everything we needed.

I highly recommend this guesthouse. in a very quiet area and surrounded by nature. the rooms are very spacious and very clean. the breakfast is also very good. from the port to the location is around 10 - 15 minutes walk. I will definitely come back to this little paradise. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We initially booked Chalets de Palma, but once we arrived, we got upgraded rooms at the Calou Guest House that belongs to the same owner. Basic and clean guesthouse. Full breakfast prepared and served by the manager. On the other hand, RUN AWAY FROM SAHRON, she scams customers by offering to prepare a fish dinner (200 rupees) in advance and then letting us choose the price we want to pay for the cooking service. She brings the dinner and then forces us to pay a substantial sum (80e) for smoked fish that isn't even fresh. Completely disappointed...

We stayed in the A-frame garden chalet. Great value for money. A bit pricey but totally worth it. They provide a complimentary drop and pickup to the ferry. Also we did not want to rent a bike on our last day and we wanted to go to the ferry, the staff was very helpful and accommodated our request. The washrooms are open to nature, so you might have a few lizards joining you in the room

A good option for a short stopover. Three of us stayed at this hotel for one night. It was perfectly suitable for such a short stay, although there are a few things to be aware of in advance. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There’s fan, aircon and the wifi works well too! You can safely park the bike in the hotel. The breakfast was included. It goes from 8-9:39am and there was nice, plenty of food including fruit and eggs! They offer transfer for €10 to the ferry terminal.

We enjoyed our 5 nights here. The room doesn't have a kitchen inside, so it's kind of like a guesthouse not a self-catering apartment (although you can use the main kitchen if you want). It's also a bit like a homestay. The accommodation feels very authentic to a tropical island like La Digue which made our stay more enjoyable . It was very spacious and even had a little plunge pool which we weren’t expecting. We loved the outside kitchen and veranda on the bungalow and the peaceful surroundings it’s located in. We loved our stay here.

The place is just great! It has a beautiful atmosphere, you will see the best view of the ocean while sipping your morning coffee, everything you need is close by, Frederik the owner is very helpful and really makes your stay enjoyable, we felt like in paradise! Highly recommend!
