Very dated hotel. Its refurbishment is 15 years overdue. Lovely beach though. Kettle in the room had limescale and looked so bad it was vomit inducing. Wifi kept dropping. Stay there if you want a place to sleep, nothing else.

Location is great. rooms and the hotel are very tired and need a refreshing change. Breakfast is great, other services are just ok. the hotel needs some serious upgrades.

This hotel boasts an excellent location right by Beau Vallon Beach, one of Mahe's most famous. The rooms are typical for a resort, the breakfast offers a wide variety, and the service is quite professional. It's truly outstanding value for money in the Seychelles.

Berjaya is a great hotel and I am very happy they were a part of my Seychelles trip! Staff here are amazing, so friendly and helpful. I arrived super early in the morning, like 6am, and instead of having me wait, they made sure to get me into a room so I could freshen up and get some must needed rest. Stayed four nights. For the price paid, the hotel falls short in some important aspects: 1) Wifi Absolutely inadequate. Consistently so slow (averaging about 1.5 Mbps on several speed tests) to be nearly unusable. Moreover, it requires login and password every time and frequently disconnects. We had a wonderful stay at Coral Strand Hotel. It just underwent major renovations in 2025/2026 and the rooms are so chic and modern! Located directly at the beach including a pool area. Very clean, great service (we especially loved Arul who served the best coffee and was always so friendly and courteous) and overall a great experience. Thank you!

Everything was good and all were very cooperative. We had 4 nights stay in this property and they all were very good. Only little amount was missing but they cooperated well and gave vouchers insted of that. And breakfast mohit bisht is also very nice and awesome chef and human. Thankyou

The hotel has a great location with lots of activities around such as direct beach access, restaurants and bars. It is really easy to get around the area, but the hotel also offers several dining options. The rooms are spacious and redesigned, well stocked from amenities. Wonderful staff and service. Could not fault at all. We were looked after very well. Reception staff very helpful just to mention Sanjay and Sakura. Huge choices for breakfast where restaurant staff Sandesh and Sidd who went out of their way to help us. By the swimming pool we got excellent service from Krishna and Prabhat. Coral strands was indeed a smart choice for us . The location was perfect with direct access to the beach and shopping and key facilities in the vicinity considering transport is not easy here . This is a lovely hotel, would recommend to anyone going to Mahe. The room was big and clean with a great sea view. And the balcony view was amazing! If you’d like, the hotel will make you dinner on the balcony, which I highly recommend.

We stayed here in October and honestly loved it. From the moment we arrived, Allison made us feel so welcome. She greeted us with cold towels (amazing after the trip!) and we even found water, juice, and fresh flowers waiting in the apartment — such a sweet touch. At first, we had the first-floor apartment, but after two days Allison offered to move us upstairs when it became free. Totally worth it...

We were a group of three friends spending our two week vacation at this lovely place on Mahe. The host and everyone involved were super friendly and welcoming - felt like home. Very nice apartment, which will be your great base. Towels, soap and shower gel (not much) are available in the facility. You can also ask for beach towels downstairs. Parking is available, and entering by car is not difficult. The apartments have balconies, where you can spend a nice evening with a beautiful view of the ocean.
