The best thing about this hotel is the location. Unfortunately, it needs a complete renovation from the lobby and dining room to all the rooms. It looks like it got stuck in 1970.
The breakfast was meh. Renovate this hotel and get more outgoing, welcoming staff. Honestly, I wonder if the problems stem from poor ownership and poor leadership. This could be the best hotel in Liptovsky Mikulas with some TLC.

Excellent location and staff was most willing to help in spite of our limited language understanding. We appeared to be the only guests in the hotel and very sparingly saw the single staff member who was doing everything.Our only real dissatisfaction was that the room was very warm and there was only a fan. Sleeping was very difficult on this summer evening. The city information center, which is across the plaza was extremely friendly andhelpful.

Loud music
We were unable to sleep until after 2am due to extremely loud music in the building. Some type of event and we were put near it.

We stayed for 3 nights in mid-August 2022. Great central location. We had a good experience in terms of the suite (clean, living room with sofa bed, bedroom, hallway, large bathroom with shower). Everything was recently renovated and priced reasonably. The included buffet breakfast was always fresh and a good variety. Fresh coffee could be ordered at the bar. There was no air-conditioning, but the room wasn't hot, it was okay for us. Our daughter forgot her teddy bear at the hotel, when I called the hotel, Mr. Kovac said they found it and shipped it for a fee to my mom's in SK. Our daughter was so happy. Thank you.

I can rate restaurant only. Food was ok (only ok, i had much better in 3* hotels), toilets were clean (its important everywhere) but Pilsner beer was close to water. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anybody.

Nice furnished, renovated, proper temperature in the room. Well positioning near City centre.
Missing english speaking reception.
Dinner could be served until 8PM.
Apparently the flooors are wooden and very noisy when somebody walks down the corridors.
