Wellness Penzion Zora Family in Tatranska Lomnica

So I have to say that the hotel is nice, yet they managed to make a bad aftertaste. We stayed two nights in an apartment, booking.com said that there should be 2 SEPARATE bedrooms AND a living room. Well there was a living room with a sofa and 2 single beds and an indeed separate room, with a double bed, but as you see, it wasn't what was promised. We arrived with the apartment door being broken, and initially we just wanted to tell the receptionist that we did not cause the issue, the reaction of the staff made us mention the incorrect advertisement of the apartment as well. They made close to no effort to help our case, did not offer us some kind of discount or send somebody to at least fix the lock on the door, they just played the innocent one while they had no right to do so. I don't recommend this place as there is no respect given if something is going sideways when they should take the responsibility.
And what is temporary, there is construction next to the building, and they start being noisy rather early in the morning.
