A very comfortable stay in a hotel that appears to be relatively recently renovated. Everything looks clean, modern, and well maintained, exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this level.
The staff is definitely the hotel’s strongest asset — everyone was polite, friendly, discreet, and always willing to help, showing true professionalism throughout the stay. The rooms were clean and standard, with fairly comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was more than sufficient, offering a good variety of options to start the day pleasantly.
The only minor downside was the room soundproofing, which could be improved slightly.
Overall, a very positive experience and a hotel I would happily recommend.

Location is not far from the bus station so it is a good option is are coming by bus.
There are many option to join the city center.

I stayed 2 nights, the room was clean, has minibar, aircon, tv(I'd add more foreign channels). The breakfast was very lovely, and the lady on receiption was super nice😍 I found the walls were a little thin and upstairs neighbour was a little loud apart from that the room was quiet. Nice location, I walked to old town (about 30min) but there's a huge shopping mall 5 min walk away. I'd come again!

I stayed here for 3 nights and I liked it. Cosy room, kind staff, breakfast was good. Nothing to complaint about.
One day my neighbours were too loud from 7pm to almost 11pm, so I asked the receptionist to ask the clients to be quite. The receptionist was so kind that she went there and asked them. This helped, I could sleep well since then.
There is a parking place behind the hotel, but it's quite small and you have to be careful not to scratch your or other cars.

The hotel room was clean and the staff is friendly. However, there is no A/C in the room and it was brutally hot at night. Other than that, everything is OK.

I only write reviews when I get outstanding experience. I experienced the real sense of hospitality which lacks in general in Europe. Philip, the reception manager is kind and thoughtful. For my small asks, he could have shrugged them away as generally happens in European countries. But he found solutions. I called to see how to make the AC work, I was told there is no air conditioning for cooling. But in some time, he brought me a standing fan which was a pleasant surprise and made my stay comfortable during the hot summers. Thank you Philip and also the other girl, who did not speak much, but was generous and helping too.

Not a really good one. The building is a bit too old, and you feel like you've got somewhere back to the 80s. On a positive note, the staff were really nice.
