This is an excellent hotel with friendly helpful staff going above and beyond to help you enjoy their city. Close to old town. Great breakfasts. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Bratislava.

The hotel is convenient for travel and is close to Andre Street and many food stores. It is recommended as the best choice for travel and stay. The room feels very good. This is the second time I choose to stay here.

This hotel was looked newly revovated. Thus, it was clean with new furniture and decor. The room was clean and the house keeper took actions to our request efficiently

I didn't know it was a Starwood hotel when I booked, so the quality was pretty much guaranteed! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very plentiful – I was extremely satisfied! The only downside is that it's a bit far from the old town, but it's a nice 10-minute walk along the Danube!

Only slight complaint was that the lady who checked us in was not the friendliest and not informative, as well as the cleaning of the room was not as detailed as i would expect from a luxury hotel

Twin room, what I got was literally above nightclub, so very kind gentleman from reception swapped it to double bed away from club noise. Good night sleep and breakfast was lovely

This is a 3 star hotel at best, the room smelled musty, the shower is tiny, the room safe did not work, no phone in room so if you need something you have to go all the way to reception

This is an old building. The room is nice and clean. Very interesting... with 3 beds. And they still use the real key to open the room door. 😅 I have the buffet breakfast and it's really nice.

Sadly, the check-in process is so slow and lengthy and the curly girl at the reception is not cut for her position. Location is not central, but in 10 mins by Bolt you are in the center

A great hotel as it is in the name. The room was great, bathroom also. The shower is rainfall, very nice pressure. Staff really friendly and helpful. Right next to the train station, very convenient

The lobby and breakfast area are very modern, clean, and the breakfast buffet is very good food with plenty choices and several coffee machines as well as fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, fresh bread, and toast, several different types of sausages, beans, yogurt, salads, cold, cuts, and several different types of cheese

One of best locations and cleanest hotel that i have been in. It was a little bit pricey but when you are there worth every penny i highly recommend when any one goes to BRATISLAVA.

the bathroom was large and had all you required, we didn't use the coffee machine but it was a Nespresso with a selection of pods, fridge and complimentary water. Great beed and a good sleep

Good location for visiting Bratislava. Room clean and well appointed. The hallways leading to the rooms need a little TLC. If travelling from the airport use Bolt it’s far cheaper than getting a local taxi

Location of The hotel was just a tram ride away from centre , next to the ice hockey centre , the room we had was a nice size and large bathroom however the room could do with updating but it was fine for us

the pool was ok however it said no children after 7pm but children were in the pool after this time can’t comment on the Sunna or the restaurant as we didn’t use them

This is a classic hotel with a great location and friendly staff. The bus stop is nearby and it's easily accessible from Vienna, so I'd definitely stay here again when I visit Bratislava.
