The hotel is convenient for travel and is close to Andre Street and many food stores. It is recommended as the best choice for travel and stay. The room feels very good. This is the second time I choose to stay here.

Hotel was beautiful and the gym was amazing. Only slight complaint was that the lady who checked us in was not the friendliest and not informative, as well as the cleaning of the room was not as detailed as i would expect from a luxury hotel.

The service was really good, they even had Spanish speaking staff. The rooms was comfortable.

I didn't know it was a Starwood hotel when I booked, so the quality was pretty much guaranteed! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very plentiful – I was extremely satisfied! The only downside is that it's a bit far from the old town, but it's a nice 10-minute walk along the Danube!

The breakfast is wonderful! The rooms are clean and good size. The heating was not on when we checked in, but it was pleasant inside. Sadly, the check-in process is so slow and lengthy and the curly girl at the reception is not cut for her position. Zero social interaction. The hotel looked great, was well decorated, decent enough breakfast and close to the old town. The spa was a welcome addition! The floor I was on had a sewer like smell in the corridor but the room itself did not luckily. The staff were friendly and I would definitely stay here again if I were to be in town.

Quite far from the center, but not far from the bus station. The room is ordinary and quite old. The breakfast is varied and there is hot food. Another minus is that to get to the ironing room or the gym you need separate keys. Plus, it has its own closed parking.

The room was large and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. But the air conditioning didn't work, and it was freezing at night. I said I would find someone to take a look, but there was no one.

Beautifully decorated hotel with an older feel. I found the service quite variable… sometimes seemed reluctant… simple things like a request for cutlery at breakfast were greeted with a scowl, but in contrast, Ivan at reception could not have been more pleasant or helpful.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 days during the Nova Rock music festival. The reception staff were excellent and answered all our questions in English without problems. The room is great. And the bed and pillows are the best I've ever had in any hotel. Breakfast is self service and was good, the coffee and tea selection was also great. And lastly the pool and spa are a great addition to staying there

Very good hotel for reasonable price to stay in Bratislava. Big assortment of delicious food served for the buffet breakfast. Nice and friendly staff. The most bright impression about this hotel was about swimming in the pool filled with +28C water and observing the snow otside of the big pool's windows in a cold winter day in December.

Not too far from the airport. Easy to reach with the same bus that connects the airport to the city centre. It's a good and cheap option if your flight arrives late in the evening. Possibility of continental breakfast at the pub inside the hotel.

The hotel is 11 minutes away by car to Old Town and surrounding areas so I had to take Uber to and fro each day for sight seeing. It was inconvenient. Best to pay a little more for accommodation to be near Old Town so you can walk everywhere.

The hotel was very basic. I would give it just 1 star. It was very noisy at night, the bed vas uncomfortable and small. I would not recommend to stay there, I won’t be back.
