The facilities were spacious and comfortable. The area in front of the hotel was great for a walk along the riverside, and there were bus and tram stops nearby.
Top hotel, location and facilities perfect. Very friendly staff.
Overall hotel experience was very good, friendly staff, good location and clean environment
Nice hotel, few details to be improved. Overpriced; a tea at lobby bar ~5€ (for a hot water)
Grand Hotel River Park is a luxury hotel located directly on the banks of the Danube. The room rates are reasonable. I enjoyed the stay in this 5-star hotel. My room was large and furnished to a high standard. I especially liked the view of the water. The bathroom also had everything you need. The service staff was very friendly and accommodating. The fitness and spa area on the top floor was another...
Exceptional service Spotless, spacious suite overlooking the Danube Generous with prosecco at breakfast and in the lounge Gorgeous, exclusive spa area Highly recommended

I've stayed at the Sheraton Bratislava three times now in the past couple of years, and each time I am more and more impressed with the friendly staff, nice rooms, and convenient location to the Eurovea mall. A short 10 minute walk takes you to the heart of Old Town Bratislava, with a variety of shops and restaurants. The castle is also close by, and the hotel itself is almost on the bank of the Danube...
Nice and comfortable hotel, but quite expensive. Breakfast is always the same and in my opinion not the best one. 9 km from airport (uber would be a better choice) and 15 min walk to old town.
As SPG platinum member I've received excellent recognition and service here. Upon checking upgraded to the junior suite. Points as well as full breakfast buffet. The lounge is an excellent place to work and have a drink in the evening. Gym is fully stacked with all needs.
This is an excellent hotel with friendly helpful staff going above and beyond to help you enjoy their city. Close to old town. Great breakfasts. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Bratislava.

Elegant building with underground infrastructure in the historical center of the city. For hotel guests special price for underground Parking. Nice room for business class.
Great hotel to get pleasure from walks around the old town. Within walking distance of all recommended coming to Bratislava castle, the bridge to the restaurant in the form of a flying saucer, numerous restaurants and cafes. Near the theatre and river station, from where you can take a boat trip on the Danube, for example, in the Museum of modern art. I love their breakfasts. The rooms are so - so...
Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, ready to help with any organizational issues
Not bad, but not very clean, it's pretty old. Not worth the money.
All was good, the hotel is fine the food is very tasty. Very clean. Suggest.
Very central. A lot of choice at breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Dogs welcome. Room comfortable but mini bar very expensive. Pillows a bit too thick. People at the bar and reception does not know what champagne is. We wanted champagne to celebrate New Year's eve. They wanted to sell cheap sparkling wine insisting it's champagne. By the end we had to ask for champagne made in Champagne / France...

Thought the building is a little old, rooms are still clean and equipped with all essential things. The Chinese all you can eat restaurant downstairs is good and not expensive. The breakfast that they offered was quite good.
Nice Hotel, but the lady who was at the Reception in 6 and 9 december 2018 is a very arrogant person! It seems that she doesn't like at all her job! Please suggest her to find another place to work!
The receptionist (woman with short hair) was incredibly rude and two faced. The other two receptionists (the guy and the girl with glasses) were really lovely and welcoming. The placement of the hotel is a little bit far from the city center. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfy.
The quality compare to the price is pretty good but the people at the reception were not really nice
Cheap, big rooms, friendly staff
A beautiful place, it's not so expensive for the capital city, what is a big plus. Near the hotel is also a chinese restaurant. The main hall of Astra is big. From a parking spot you always have to go around the whole hotel, so i you have many of bags it's difficult especiallg when you are alone. One back door for bringing package would be an awesome thing. The other thing was, that you had to pay...

The waitress at cafe were great, good service. Clean room. Even the guest public toilets were super clean . Good location just opposite the river with magnificient view of boats and ferries passing by.
Great spot, nice room, great breakfast. The nice were very helpful.
Great place to stay and walkable to the town centre. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Devin is always an excellent place to stay. My only disappointment this time was the breakfast which didn’t have as large a selection of different types of food as in the past.
Excellent Perfect location, very close to the old town, Christmas Market and main tourist attractions! The room was large, with comfortable beds and all the facilities, and nice views to the Danube. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices! Special thanks to Linda, we had an unexpected personal problem, she gave us all the needed support to make changes to our booking and replan our trip. Very good hotel for reasonable price to stay in Bratislava. Big assortment of delicious food served for the buffet breakfast. Nice and friendly staff. The most bright impression about this hotel was about swimming in the pool filled with +28C water and observing the snow otside of the big pool's windows in a cold winter day in December.

Quite far from the center, but not far from the bus station. The room is ordinary and quite old. The breakfast is varied and there is hot food. Another minus is that to get to the ironing room or the gym you need separate keys. Plus, it has its own closed parking.
Very friendly staff, always with a smile and ready to solve any problem. The mattress is very soft. The room had a work desk and an armchair to relax in with a small table. Something we really liked was that there were Christmas cookies as a gift, and they also offered a kettle with tea and coffee. Another positive point was that at breakfast you can ask for hot meals such as eggs or sausages to be...
Strategically located hotel with well connected transport systems. to the Old City. The clean is clean and well equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and sumptuous.
Bathroom is big and clean, bed is very comfortable, breakfast is on the weekend till 10,30. Staff is friendly
Stayed one night in April 2024. Within walking distance of the Bratislava Hlavna train station and the old town. The reception was a bit difficult to find at first but the staff were very friendly and check-in was smooth. The room was fine, the mattress was quite thin and there was just one giant pillow. There was a door that seemed to open out onto a communal terrace along with neighbouring rooms...
The hotel was quite nice, well located, and had everything I needed for an overnight business trip. The room was spacious and clean, and very quiet which is always good. The only downside was finding the main entrance to the hotel, it's not very noticeable from the street, especially at night.

Great little hotel. We enjoyed our stay there. Room was, well roomy and luxuriously decorated. Beds were comfortable; bathroom was pretty large; meticulously clean.
Great hotel in the heart of Bratislava, steps from the presidential palace and the Bratislava castle. The room was very nice, with a very comfortable bed and awesome shower. Free minibar as well as a real espresso machine in the rooms are very appreciated gestures. Breakfast was also very good. The bar downstairs also has a nice terrace and is worth visiting for the beers brewed locally. We will keep...
We had a lovely stay here, It is very stylish and cozy! A free minibar, exceptionally refilled every day. A wine dispenser on the floors. However, don’t drink and drive, there is a 0.0‰ policy here!
We had an awesome stay here over the weekend. We booked a family room with breakfast. The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and big enough for 2 adults & 2 kids. Breakfast was excellent. We parked our car directly in the hotel garage. Recommended also for families with kids. All thumbs up & anytime again.

Nothing special as rooms and service. You have to pay for the Internet and the parking. I visit it before 3 years ago, and hope the things now are better. I got a discount for long stay. This is good.
Old style. Super clean environment. For the price you can’t complain.
Previously a hostel so not the most luxury hotel. Anyway, a good option in terms od affordability

Nice and relatively cheap. The rooms are clean and renovated. There is sauna and 25 meter pool. It cost 13 Euro for 2,5 hours. Sauna includes jacoozi, infra, Turkish, steam and Finnish. Very friendly staff.
Room is good, nice and clean with small balcony and comfortable bed. Citiy centre is 10 minuntes by cab and 15-20 by public transport. Recomended. However the wifi is nerve-racking. It’s totally unreliable. Very laggish, extremly slow response tome, when finaly start working e.g streaming it works, but e.g. sometimes sending and email was quite a challange.
not bad as a hotel., the advantage of it is that there is a swiming pools (one Olympic size, the other is hot water pool) and spa saunas and steam rooms ( the best in bratislava), it is in the same building but it is separate entrance and you have to pay for it even if you are staying at the hotel. pools & spa entrance fee for an adult is €12 only/ 2hrs.
Speaking solely of pool and spa: I think it is still one of the best in the city even though it costs a bit more. Not for serious swimming but good for chill out and relaxation at warm pool and whirpools. Steam rooms (extra charge) are well kept, large cold pool in the middle is really cold but unfortunately at peek hours there is usually more than one pair of prying eyes making ladies uncomfortable...
Little bit older but still a good hotel. Restaurant are also not very modern but you can find good food here and price is good for Bratislava. Location of this hotel is good and there is big parking lot for visitors. Hotel also have an wellness and conference hall.

This is a nice quiet hotel in a quiet place. It is very important for me. Clean room with the kitchen. There are many babies in the swimming pool).
Hotel is really great, although it is beyond the city (about 20 minutes by tram from the station Kamenne namestie), the cleanliness is on an enviable level, the breakfast is solid, the only thing I have complaints about the working time of the pool.
Old socialist era Hotel, but upgraded rooms.

People working there were very professional, helpful, nice. Room was really clean. Unfortunately not that soundproof as described but still very nice and comfortable stay. And very close to the bus station
very nice host and pretty interior but the walls of the rooms were very thin and you could hear every noise your neighbors made we also read in some of the other reviews that the breakfast is vegan which was not true at all, but to be fair it wasn't advertised by the hotel itself
Overall it was a nice experience, the place was recently open so everything felt quite new (beddings, furniture, carpet, etc). We had the most friendly and welcoming attention. It's located close to a huge shopping mall and also the main city bus station. We recommend it 100%
Everything seems new, it’s very clean and comfortable. Rooms are beautiful, especially bathrooms. The breakfast was perfect and we got to charge our car for free. There’s a parking in front, for a small fee. Also a plus - you can go on foot to the city center.

Nice people on reception, location almost in the airport but no high noise (however this was while covid restrictions, so less planes maybe)
Bare bones, basic, but very useful, simple and convenient hotel next to Bratislava Airport. Nice people running the place, very helpful. But, yeah, it ain't a Hilton.
Simple hotel, just useful when you need to take a plane in the early morning. I booked using booking.com, and they didn't have a double bed left, so I had to upgrade. With not a lot of people, I would have appreciated a free upgrade, especially when the other room is only 5€ more. Place itself is a little old but clean and quiet. The great feeling to be in the middle of the river. Good price, good service.
Reservation by booking.com worked well. I tried to call there but without success. Later I contacted reception by booking chat. They made reservations of parking for 10e/day. Room was clear, little bit old furniture. You can't expect a luxury stay, but for this price and almost in city centrum, Iam satisfied 😌
It was fairly cool to stay a night in a botel. It was our own first time experience staying in such a room in a big boat. The room was facing Danube river. It was serene and quiet. Location wise, it is not really in the city center but still walkable along the river. The room we had was spacious, clean and comfortable. We both liked it. No harm to try and experience staying a night or two here.

I stayed in the hotel many times for just one night. Good location, bus stop is just 5 mins away, 15 minutes to the airport and 10 to the main train station (off-peak times). Rooms are well-equipped (tv and fridge), medium sized, each with a balcony and bathroom. Good for an overnight stay but I wouldn't recommend for longer stays as due to the size you can always hear other people talking/walking...
Room in communism style. Bathroom was clean. Everything was okay, but not at this price. One star is a mistake.
It's a good stay for a night or two. Our room stinked with cigarettes, bathroom could be better. It's rather good for it's price, but you may expect better.

Clean room, kind and nice clerks breakfast was nice! However... the bed wasn't so confy.. and the trains.... all night... except these two it was a nice stay!!
The room was old but clean and everything worked properly. So nothing to complain about. But the breakfast was very disappointing. Nobody cleaned the tables, no new scrambled eggs after they were empty. No service at all. All in all a place to sleep for a night but nothing more.
Clean, spacious rooms with working air conditioning, a good bed and a desk you can actually work at. The bath was clean and well fitted. Wifi working properly around the clock. Very different place. You must stay in this hotel. A different experience. So close to the train station. The owner is an artist. He painted all the hotel. There is a cafe in the entrance. Also you can paint here. The hotel needs urgent maintenance. There is a lot of noise from the rooms. Washing machine is very noisy. But ideal and cheap for short stays. Thanks to all hotel staff.
Definitely one of the more interesting accommodations I've been to. Alsow the staff fully fits into the concept of the entire hotel, it's all very artistic. (but it's not for everyone)
Nice and clean, very friendly staff. Two things need to mention - first - although in web page says "breakfast is included in the price", IT WAS NOT, and we were asked to pay for it.
