Overall very good stay. Location is not the best if you wish to go to the old town, but still there are good public transportation. Highly recommend the pool and sauna, was very clean and beautiful. But for some reason, we left our room at around 13:00, we put up a sign says room cleaning, but when we got back at night, the room was not cleaned. I wonder if room cleaning was only before certain specific times, if so it would be good to inform us.

Location of The hotel was just a tram ride away from centre , next to the ice hockey centre , the room we had was a nice size and large bathroom however the room could do with updating but it was fine for us.. the tv was disappointing as we couldn’t get any English channels.. the pool was ok however it said no children after 7pm but children were in the pool after this time can’t comment on the Sunna or the restaurant as we didn’t use them

It has everything a big hotel should have, clean and tidy, satisfactory

Special praise for the front desk lady's warm and thoughtful service. I don't have a local taxi APP, and the lady used her phone to call a taxi for me. I am especially grateful
She also helped me store my luggage

The room was large and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. But the air conditioning didn't work, and it was freezing at night. I said I would find someone to take a look, but there was no one.

The front desk service of the hotel is very good. You can check in at any time, and you can also send us warm cookies late at night, which is great.
