Room was clean, warm and cosy. Staff was kind, and food is excellent.

We had 3 rooms under this reservation of which 2 were in the old wing and one where all the rooms were renovated. Thankfully we stayed in the renovated room which was very modern and its balcony looked out at Ajda swimming pool. I am not sure how they assign who stays in which room, but I would have been upset if I stayed in the older wings... extremely dated. The thermal pool is a short walk through...

Nice hotel..very good food and nice guys on pools..but black hair waitress Zehra (or something similar). Jumping half naked in pools, being rude etc.. than she she was acting weird to my partner and my son at dinner time. Was shocked ! Horrible

Smooth check in service, staff friendly , food was good. Use of thermal areas was ok but property needs upgrades and renovations some out side showers not working , maintenance on some of the thermal pools needed For the price you pay in euros some property amenities do need maintenance upkeep Thank you

The hotel is excellently managed, exceptionally clean, and the grounds are spacious and well-planned. The food is excellent, and the layout deserves special praise. There's no crowding, as everything is spacious. Very pleasant. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We can only say the best. We really enjoyed it and will definitely come back.

We spent 4 nights in Vivat hotel on a half board basis, and used their swimming and sauna facilities. We had a DeLux room, and it was ok. We stayed here three nights, arriving on a Thursday. The breakfast and dinner choice decreased gradually, e.g. the Friday morning there were muesli, bottled dairy products (kefir, buttermilk), and three stations on the spot were producing fresh egg dishes etc. However, on the second and third morning these services became reduced ,and the buffet got smaller. We have reserved one room, but upon receiving our key and entering we realized that they upgraded us (probably because they were full, they mentioned it during our check-in). The hotel itself is very new. It was constructed in 2006. It really stands out when comparing it to other Terme 3000 Hotels. You can really see why it deserves the extra star. Little details matter. Poor reception at the front desk but otherwise excellent.

As always, I'm staying for work, so I can't fully enjoy all the amenities. In any case, the hotel is in decent condition, with a gym, tons of pools, and a few places to dine, grab a beer, and grab an ice cream right outside.

Food is nice and tasty, staff is very kind and helpful, kids have nice pools to play. Adults also have nice pools to choose. Rooms are nice and spacious. Highly recommended for all families!! We were in winter time in summer must be even better with all outdoor pools.

Everything was fine, except for the lifeguards talking very loudly in the sauna area or sleeping inside their cabins with the lights off. Avoid the Terme 3000 if you want to relax because there you will find children screaming and diving.

Just got back from a very pleasant long weekend at this Slovenian spa. All types of indoor and outdoor pools, golf course, comfy rooms complete with the local specialty of pillows filled with buckwheat husks ( helps with snoring, stiff necks etc.) We were on half board and must say the food (IMO) was very good. Great selection, relaxed atmosphere, self service buffets, many local Slovenian specialties...

We spent a wonderful long family weekend in Ajda. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food is delicious with a great variety and selection to choose from. We spent our days in the pools and saunas, and enjoyed every minute of it. Ajda is beautifully renovated, and the only thing missing is evening entertaiment – Taverna was open only on Friday, and game room was also closed this time. Never the...

Really nice relax time. Receptionist Nina was very pleasant and helpful and all the staff was great. Some hours were a bit crowded in the pools, but when we went early morning or evening it was pleasant. Completely loved the sauna area in Ajda. Thank you!

The Hotel Ajda is a nice place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying wellness. Although the premium room we had (2237) was smaller that we expected but it was clean with a comfortable bed. The spa area and the thermal bath met all our needs. The selection of the half-board meals was appropriate and the quality was good. The staff at the reception were nice and kind. Great stay at Hotel Ajda! The thermal pools and spa facilities are fantastic - we especially enjoyed the various temperature pools and the sauna world. Our room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony overlooking the gardens. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices including local specialties. Dinner was also good with traditional Prekmurje dishes. The direct access to Terme 3000 water park...

The building surely was renovated a few years ago as it is really faboulus. The wellness section is clean and there is a good atmosphere relaxing area on the second floor. Water is clean so as everything.. The hotel's restaurant is above a 4Star hotel, and the staff is smily. Well worth the price!

Perfect place i got rest very well and enjoyed in pool. And i also had able to rent e-bike to see the around the village.

Really nice place! Lovely views and really friendly stuff. The food was generally good. The only thing that I would have to point out is the cleaning. The houses would appreciate little bit more love and less spiderwebs. The ac could have worked better too. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would probably come again.

Was not aware when we booked it that they have Weddings going on every saturday during the summer months would have been good to know as we wouldn't have booked here. 1 of the 2 rooms we rented they had a power saving shower and the battery was dead so we were not able to take a shower as there is no one on site over night to fix the issue. So if you are looking to stay here during the summer months...

Relaxing place but very far away from the centre without a car. Food was not good.

We were using apartment houses by Terme 3000. The houses are rather small, but sufficient for family of four. You get discounted entrance few for Terme 3000 as a hotel guest.

Very nice rooms, quiet ambient with modern looks. Close to the center. Staff is kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
