Hotel Livada Prestige - Terme 3000 - Sava Hotels & Resorts in Moravske Toplice

I’ve been coming to this hotel for a couple of years and I love it,everything is clean and well-maintained.The food is delicious and I would like to mention the waiters, they are very friendly and attentive.Spa facilities are also nice.

Livada in Moravske Toplice is a place where you can truly relax. Beautiful surroundings, a friendly atmosphere, and excellent service make this hotel a special experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a calming view.

The wellness area and thermal pools are pure relaxation – the water is pleasantly warm, everything is clean and peaceful. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety and great taste.

The staff was always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist – I really felt at home there. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind, relax, and recharge.

We have reserved one room, but upon receiving our key and entering we realized that they upgraded us (probably because they were full, they mentioned it during our check-in). Everyone was very subtle, but kind and helpful. The rooms were clean, the pools were very nice and you can choose which ones you would like to go to. Breakfast and lunch - amazing, lots of choice and everything was fresh and lovely. The complex is in a remote area and has amazing views, but you are still near a larger town with stores, shops etc.
Overall a very lovely experience.

The rooms were absolutely perfect: spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, offering the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views and easy access to everything we needed.

The cleanliness throughout the hotel was flawless, making it feel like a true home away from home. The food was exceptional, offering a delicious variety of dishes that catered to every palate.

The hotel itself is very new. It was constructed in 2006. It really stands out when comparing it to other Terme 3000 Hotels. You can really see why it deserves the extra star. Little details matter. The red carpet welcoming you to the hotel, a concierge helping you with the luggage, fruit prepared to welcome you and so much more. The rooms are very spacious. We stayed in a junior suite. We were three and the pullout bed was very big and comfortable. Everyone slept in a comfortable environment. The jacuzzi room with the option of thermal water is very impressive. The air conditioning also works fine. I would say that the jacuzzi is very hard to operate. The handles turn very hard. I burned myself pretty bad. The shower has clear instructions for use. I would recommend the same for the jacuzzi. The cuisine is wonderful. I myself prefer the breakfast. The cold cuts are amazing. I also really like the helper robots. They are so cute and carry snacks or dirty dishes in the restaurant. The staff is also amazing. The only thing I don’t really like is the spa. It is small and the pools itself are small as well. During our stay we bathed at Ajda, Terme 3000 and some time also at Livada’s spa.

Great food! Respekt für die Küche!

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the inside is already a little worn. For a 5* hotel, the food is quite average. I have already been a guest in two neighbouring hotels, Termal and Ajda, which do not have such a high rating, but the food in Livada is no better or tastier. The rooms are large and nicely furnished. Staff is very nice and professional. The biggest drawback is the hotel pool, which is too small and needs renovation (massage nozzles in the pools work extremely poorly or not at all). The prices of drinks in the hotel cafe are too high, for a drink and a snack it is better to go to the neighbouring Hotel Ajda. The saunas are beautiful and pleasant.
