Plasent surprise. Not an avarage hotel for sure. From very attentive stuff to beautiful facilities. My wife especially enjoyed swimming pool. Without hesitation I will stay there again.

This was my third stay here. The environment is beautiful, and it's only a 10 euro taxi ride to the city center. The breakfast spread is great, and there's a restaurant and bar downstairs. They have an indoor pool; it's not huge, but it's never too crowded.

Eurostars uHotel is a fantastic choice for travelers who want to be in the center of the action without sacrificing luxury. Whether you're in town for a quick city break or using it as a base to explore the wider Gorenjska region, it delivers on both comfort and convenience.

The hotel stay was generally pleasant, however the parking arrangement was inconvenient. On-site parking was very limited, and we were required to park our car at an alternative car park about a 10-minute walk away from the hotel. It would be helpful if parking availability could be improved or communicated more clearly in advance.

Excellent location, central to everything. The staff are excellent is all areas, front desk, buffet, pool, room service and housekeeping. The pool and sauna are excellent facilities and perfect to relax after a busy day walking and sight seeing. We love Ljubljana and Eurostars is a great place to stay to be close to everything. We stayed last year and had a wonderful time, so were happy to return again...

Location is a good, my friends are mostly living out of town so they can pick up me easily, downstairs got many coffee shops, restaurants, and still can walk to city centre. The lobby is big, many seats, the room is clean, tidy and bright. The breakfast buffet is very taste, I am sure I will choose this hotel in next trip.

This place blew me away. Spacious room and bathroom and it was the cheapest room in the building. Super comfy bed. A quick walk to the old town. The Finnish sauna, spa and pool is great for relaxing. It is a very high standard hotel. The best. You would have to be hard to please to give this place a bad review.

The hotel is conveniently located. So easy to walk around the old town from there. Near the bus terminal and the room is comfortable but the bed was too high! City Hotel is very convenient to the Ljubljana train & bus station in Slovenia. Its location is also close to the Old Town with the iconic pink Franciscan church landmark. I was very surprised that hotel is using L'Occitane toiletries that I enjoyed very much. I'd recommend this hotel for someone who would like to stay near to public transport.

The hotel has a great location in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the sights. The hotel offers parking (21 euros per day), a pool with a sauna, and a gym. There are three bridges right outside the door, and the riverside scenery is picturesque, making it a perfect place for leisure and vacation.

Great hotel located within a pedestrian shopping street area. If you exit the hotel turn left and left at the next street and this will take you directly to the main square in the old town. If you have time schedule a visit to castle and take the train to the top. You can walk up and walk down but be warned it's steep. It’s centrally located, which is easy to roam around the city. Landmarks, bus stops, restaurants and late-nights bars are stone’s throw away. Also, the breakfast was exceptional and with great assortment of food. Lastly, the hotel provides high-quality toiletries.

The hotel is in a great location and has a great bar. The rooms and hallways are undergoing renovation (which is definitely needed!), but no one told us about it when we booked. That was an unpleasant surprise. The mistakes during check-in were resolved by a nice employee at check-out.

You can take the bus from the airport to the hotel; the fare is 4 euros per person. It's very convenient. The hotel is clean and tidy.

Breakfast range was good. Staff friendly. Hotel in fantastic location and is clean and very modern. Could have had more vegan/veggie options on their a la carte menu though which prevented us from eating there in the evening.

Location was superb. 10 mins walked from the bus station through the city center. It is in the old town area. Very convenient to get around. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes. My room was the smallest one on the roof but still some spaces for 2 beds. The toilet was very small that the water drained too slow. The bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very quiet, and there is free parking in front of the entrance. The rooms are well-equipped, the bathroom is very clean, and the room rate is very reasonable.

Check in was not so good But check out was very good & professional. The area is amazing the room is ok. Towels and room was clean. Quite silent and fresh air area and not to far to the city.

Good camping. But swimmingpool was closed 1 day before we got there although the temperature was still 32°C... We booked it so we had refreshing and they didnt tell us. We had to find out ourselves

A true gem in perfect location to explore the city. Staff was lovely and room was really good. AC was working perfectly. Only downsideis the parking situation but that is well communicated beforehand. Public parking is a couple of 100m away at something like 15€ day. Breakfast was very nice & coffee is strong.
