The hotel stay was generally pleasant, however the parking arrangement was inconvenient. On-site parking was very limited, and we were required to park our car at an alternative car park about a 10-minute walk away from the hotel. It would be helpful if parking availability could be improved or communicated more clearly in advance.

Excellent location, central to everything.
The staff are excellent is all areas, front desk, buffet, pool, room service and housekeeping.
The pool and sauna are excellent facilities and perfect to relax after a busy day walking and sight seeing.
We love Ljubljana and Eurostars is a great place to stay to be close to everything.
We stayed last year and had a wonderful time, so were happy to return again this year.

Good morning, I stayed at this property in mid-August 2025 for a pleasure trip. I only stayed one night (luckily). The price was completely inadequate for the property. The rooms were clean, but seemingly out of date. Breakfast felt like a work canteen. The staff were rude and unprofessional, to say the least. They told us they had free, covered parking. In the end, we parked in a paid parking lot 1km away, without even mentioning a refund for the ticket price.

The hotel boasts a prime location, less than a five-minute walk from the bustling area, with numerous attractions, restaurants, bars, and shops. The hotel breakfast is plentiful and replenished quickly, catering to a large number of diners. The rooms are exceptionally clean; the 50-year-old hotel is very well-maintained and appears to have undergone renovations. Amenities are complete, making it highly recommended.

Very nice hotel with perfect good location.
The room is clean and tidy . Air conditioner works so well ( it is quite important during summer time)
The gym is so good but the equipment is a bit old.
Staffs are helpful. Breakfast is good with many choices.
Only one drawback is the bell sounds at night , rings every 30 mins . Except this, hotel is prefect .

The only place of the many many hotels in Europe that offered to help us with our bags. There are stairs to enter but they are manageable. Good breakfast in a quiet room. Rooms aren't massive, but big enough for what we needed and location is 5-10min walk to the old town sites and 10-15 to the train/station.

We didn't stay in the hotel itself, but had a breakfast there, because they open relatively early and were located near our place. The personnel were very nice, the breakfast as well very good and isn't expensive. Thanks!

The hotel itself isnt bad, but I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff to start it off. I had booked 3 nights but didn't arrive till after night 2 due to a personal conflict and even informed the hotel that I would arrive in Ljubljana early morning of my 3rd day. I arrived in the morning of my 3rd day after a 15 hour journey, but upon arriving I get told I have to wait till 3pm even though they've charged me for all 3 nights. After much arguing with them where they insist this is their standard policy and do not have any available rooms for me - I get told to contact Booking.com if I want. I called them and they thankfully agreed this was unfair to me and fixed the situation by getting me a room shortly. Very sad this had to be my experience as I didn't even expect a refund for 3 nights and even asked them not to give me one as long as I could check in when I arrive. When I checked out I paid the full 3 nights. I just expected the room I had paid for to be ready for me on arrival, and instead faced a lot of pushback from them. Will not book here again.

We had a great stay at Hotel Slamič. The location is perfect – just a short walk into the city, and right across the street there’s a cool outdoor bar at the nearby hostel.
Our room was clean, modern, and located in the quiet courtyard, which made for very peaceful nights. The view was just of the inner courtyard parking area, but that probably helped keep things calm and quiet. A small water kettle in the room would have been nice, though.
Breakfast was decent, and it’s a real plus that you can sit out on the large terrace when the weather is good. After four nights, we did miss a bit of variety in the selection, but overall it was fine.
Service was friendly and helpful throughout. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
All in all, a solid choice for exploring Ljubljana

We stayed there on May, 2025. The place is cozy and in a great location, near everything . The room was very comfortable and sparkling clean, spacious and silent.The premises are beautifully decorated; the breakfast is complete and delicious, everything fresh and very well-done.
The place is family-run and everyone is more than friendly, willing to help us in anything we need.
To sum up, a great experience. I really recommend.
