Mostly a hotel for retirement associations and groups with a nice location near various beaches. Solid rooms and food, but nothing special.

The location is close to the beach with a beautiful walk path. Perfect to get a view of sunset. We like to go and stay there in the middle of Spring season where walking along the beach is a ritual of peace and quietness.

The food at this hotel was very abundant and varied. There was free parking, some lovely evening music on a Saturday night, several seawater pools, and a very nice library. We appreciate that the hotels aims to be environmentally friendly, using recycled paper and tissue, minimizing plastic waste by providing large-sized containers of toiletries etc.

I genuinely recommend this hotel for those who wish to explore the Slovene coast, and search for its hidden treasures. It doesn't look like any of this fancy 5-star design hotels out there, but don't let that fool you, because judging this book by its cover would be your mistake. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and have air-conditioning that works! Which is a massive plus during the summer...

We were there on a tour and felt it was more of a residential care home rather than a hotel. The majority of residents were in there seventies and older. There was live music in the evenings aimed at the older Slovenians. We had half board and that was okay but if you got there later than 7.30 pm, much of the food had gone. The rooms are very nice and modern, the entertainment program is very rich, there are various swimming pools and well equiped dressing room, the food in the restaurant is OK, though not really vegetarian friendly (only if you are OK with salad only). The only not very pleasant aspect is a lady at the restaurant entry: very rude and unkind. Not appropriate for working with people.

Very clean room serviced every day. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff very attentive. We highly recommend.

Great hotel included in a resort of 4 hotels. Great dinner and breakfast buffet. Very good value for money.

Parking was not great for hotel guests most nights around 9 pm parking was full and had to park offsite and walk back to the property.

It was frustrating when coming back at 9pm that there was not parking for hotel guest. Seems that parking is taken up by people going to the beach. So even though parking was included i ended up having to park elsewhere. My advice is if the parking is for hotel guest that you should need a key card to swipe in to the lot.

Great access to the beach and the food outlets were good too.

Service is helpful and hotel staff is very professional. It will be nice to have teapot in the room. Shower in the bathroom sprays the water across all the room. This needs to be fixed.

Great resort with a great location and its own private beach! The room is quite clean. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide selection. Parking is on site, but can be full during peak season.

Close to the water, walking distance to a lot of eating, lovely rooms. Single occupancy you will have an actual balcony to sit at. (These are the corner rooms). All in all would stay again.

pleasant hotel with a few shortcomings The staff are professional and kind. I booked two rooms and one was OK, but another one was a bad smell, find in the room on the wall two mosquitos and two bugs, and the bathroom had moisture in the ceiling. I also saw mosquitoes in the corridor of the hotel.

We had a two night stay in one of their basic rooms . It was very clean and comfortable . The hotel smells so nice , all public areas and the bedrooms smell beautiful ! The pool is gorgeous and whilst we were there was very very quiet . Checking took a little longer than I would like, we were the only ones checking in but perhaps could do with an online check in procedure for passport details etc,but...

The place is in green area and the pool is super. The staff was kind, is very clean accomodation and good breakfest😉. It is near to the Izola, Protoroz.

It is a little hotel which we leave behind after 3 nights with mixed feelings. The locations is absolutely perfect. The surroundings are stunning and there is peace and quietness all around. And there is also the first issue. While the whole village is silent, both day and night, excepted by the over active rooster and church bells, the staff is not aware that we are actually there to enjoy this...

A basic hotel in a convenient location. You can park your car in the hotel yard and you can get drinks from the vending machine around the clock. The service is average and the decor modest. However, the premises are clean and the room has a functional bathroom and a reasonable bed. The refrigerator was found and the air conditioning pump does not blow directly into the bed. Good, so. Great spot in Isola!! Very comfortable room and excellent support from the front desk person. We were given great recommendations for dinner and desert on the night of our arrival and just walked all over the town to reach them. At breakfast we enjoyed eggs and sausage and yogurt and could have had so much more- the selection was great. We parked right by the entrance, which made handling our luggage...

It is in a good location to get all around the morje region from Piran to Koper. Good breakfast too.

The owners are incredibly nice, amazingly attentive, rooms are super clean and beds are comfortable (slept like an angel). But the breakfast buffet is absolutely astonishing considering the size of the hotel! Also they have a lovely shaded terrace that allows you to comfortably get some cool fresh air.

Overall great experience. Hotel room was cozy, very nice, and very quiet. Apparently there is a “be back at the hotel/curfew” time of 10PM that is not communicated upon arrival. Other than that, would definitely recommend the place to anyone.

My favourite hotel in the region. This was our second time staying here. 1. Rooms are nice and clean. 2. The view: If you get a room with the view you can see the landscape of the sea and Izola which is very beautiful. 3. Breakfast was amazing, including warm and cold opinions. 4. Wonderful complex overlooking the sea, wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and spa. Excellent restaurant too.

We stayed at San Simone Hotel in Izola during a hiking trip and had a great experience. The mix of nature, beach, and beautiful views makes it a perfect place to relax after a day outdoors. A lovely and peaceful stay overall.
