This hotel was built in 1913. Fantastic location, right next to the sea front. The room with balcony provides a great view. We came in the office season, price was cheaper at around €140, compared to peak season at €300+. Hotel staff is great. Breakfast is decent, compared to many hotels during this trip. The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are fine, but there are a few things that soured my stay. I found the very strong, chemical-floral smell in the lobby and hallways particularly disturbing. I stayed at Hotel Piran last week, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.Room was decent. The hotel's prime location is one of its biggest highlights – the beach is less than 50 meters away, making it super convenient for a relaxing time by the water. The parking fee is very expensive at €21 per day, which isn't mentioned. You drive to a parking garage outside the city center and are taken to the hotel by shuttle. There's also a tourist tax (although you have to be careful how many people the hotel states when billing) of €3.13 per person. In our case, two people, they charged four people.

The loft is small, the bed is comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly, the location is good, swimming is convenient, the surrounding facilities are good, and the breakfast is also great.

Beautiful hotel with its own private beach. Breakfasts were on top. Views from the rooms are amazing. Service is great and always trying to help. A bit of surprise was parking cost - 20 euros per night seemed like a lot, but parking on the street costs almost the same, so I guess that ´s how it is around here. We celebrated our first wedding anniversary here, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The ambiance was romantic, the service was exceptional, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. It was a truly memorable stay—thank you. Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay. From the minute we checked in, where Zan and Sandra attended to our needs and gave great suggestions on activities to schedule, until the moment we checked out we could not fault the hotel. great hotel, I recommend it. stayed for 3 days. breakfasts are super delicious, and at a convenient time. There is a beach bar with cocktails. for hotel guests, sun loungers and towels on the beach are free. this is a great option with a beach and proximity to Piran (20-30 minutes walk). The beach is public, which is important for us, but for hotel guests there are additional free bonuses. of the minuses...

The rooms are very comfortable and the standard is realy great!! The breakfast is also very good. Dogs are welcome :) In 15min along the sea and you reach Piran - this cost-path is the highlight - it is awesome!

Location perfect, free parking, perfect view. Realy close to the Piran, perfect trail. Good bar close to the hotel.

Great hotel and the location is second to none. The breakfast is good and so are the meals they offer in the evening. Get a suite with a view of the Adriatic and you will never want to leave! Oh yeah, have some wine or a good Slovenian beer. Slovenia wine is in incredible and deserves more notoriety in the world.

Nice location, direct at the coaslibe and little beach. Great if you like walks along tge coastline to the lovely town of Piran.

We spent 5 days in this hotel. The room was with balcony and view on the sea. There is nothing but absolutely nothing that you can say in a negative way about this hotel and the owners. Everyone was very friendly and the hotel is perfect clean with the rooms with airco. A wonderful experience and all the compliments. Pure 10 and worth every cent we gave!

Friendly/helpful service, a good room, and tasty/bountiful breakfast. Hotel Max was a pleasant place to stay in Piran. I will definitely book here again if I return to Piran. I wanted to rate Max as a five star hotel, but a few issues made it only four stars: it is up a hill, it is difficult to check in without a working phone (expensive or impossible for foreign travellers), and a lumber shop nearby...

Great inn! Our room was quite small, but with good storage space, comfortable and impeccably clean. Generous breakfast (buns, yogurt, fruit, cheese and cold cuts). Perfect location and great value for the price.

The location is the biggest advantage. Self-catering is also something well thought out.

For price it's good, nothing special. The check in was annoying as it's no check-in desk. Note, if you take the bus it will stop right before the hotel, get off then.

Everything was new, clean and spacious. The WiFi works perfectly. The location is perfect in the city centre, although above a restaurant so you might get some food smells in your room. We were with bikes and there is nowhere to store them but in your room. There is no reception, so there is no one to ask questions.

Very new interiors I liked the rooms and the code to come and go was very efficient. Nice restaurant just below the hotel. No shampoo provided was a slight surprise as every other hotel I stayed at had that but not a big deal, shops near by to buy anything you need.

Very nice place to stay, instead of a key you get a PIN code to access your room. In the room is a double bed, bathroom and Air Conditioned. We had a nice view to the ocean from there. In the same building is a restaurant, with very good food, and not so expensive.
