Rooms are small but its quite the centre town and everything is near. A neat place a bit costy.

Perfectly reasonable hotel. It's supremely placed, but the hotel wasn't anything special. Parking around the area is a bit tricky - but there's a 1EUR car park on the other side of the tiny retail centre.

I spent two nights here. Yes, it is a bit older but: - big spa - beautiful location - super friendly service - reasonable price - great breakfast, even with gluten free and vegan options I really enjoyed my stay.

Fun family-friendly hotel!! Rooms are extremely clean although slightly dated but still serve their purpose well! Highly recommend a balcony view where you can look out into the harbour. There's a lovely snack bar to the right of the hotel and a salon outside the hotel entrance to keep both husband and wife happy ;)

Overall not too bad. Thé breakfast was pretty good. Bacon, eggs… etc the coffee was not too bad from the machine. The room was a good size. A bit dated but clean. The only problem was the door was a bit thin so you heard the people in the hall way leaving and cleaning. The parking garage was good. A bit tight so pay extra attention. View from the third floor was nice.

Need some maintaining, water in the pool not warm, obviously is the owner saving some extra money

I real like it but I miss bar in lobby and there are no spare electricity sockets for charging of telephone in room you have to plug something out.

It is amazing place with friendly hotel service, well-equipped aquapark and access to the wide private beach. The hotel stands ten minute by walk from center of Koper. Directly under the hotel are snack bar and restaurant with very taste food. I wish I could stay here up to the end of summer.

Near to seaside and marina,romantic narrow streets,small cozy shops,cafe. Hotel us very comfortable,clean,polite employees,restaurant with perfect menu and wine!!

What can I say. MUCH. From start to finish it was an absolute joy to be there. The staff all friendly and impeccably dressed. The room was amazing with a great sea view to include the marina. Nothing was an issue. Any requests dealt with immediately. It was the breakfast of royalty. The main restaurant was beyond my imagination and the food was spectacular. The property has 2 separate buldings - an older hotel and a new one over the street. THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND NOT FAR FROM THE BEACH, A VERY BEAUTIFUL AND QUIET PLACE. THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY GENTLE WITH TOURISTS. EVEN BECAUSE I AM A FOREIGN TOURIST AND I DON'T KNOW THE LANGUAGE WELL, THE STAFF TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME AS BEST AND EASILY AS POSSIBLE. RESPECT FOR THE HOSTING!

Unfortunately, they gave us a room in the old building. Although it was clean, the torn curtains, the holey sheet and the fact that the room door couldn't be locked made our stay uncomfortable.

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. The property consists of two buildings located about 200 meters apart, but the reception is only in the newer building, which can be inconvenient. As for the rooms — they are very clean and well-maintained, which was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast was just okay. It could really benefit from more variety and better options. We stayed in the new "annex" of the hotel which is really a separate building a block over from the original hotel. It's either recently built or renovated as everything is very modern. This hotel is a located in the heart of the city centre. Hotel personnels are very helpful . The hotel provides good filling breakfast . One has the option of eating out or option of ordering from outside. A nice place to stay and do a sight seeing around. If you need to grab a lunch,dinner you can go to near by restaurant/ eating joint where in you can eat and dine watching the city.

Looks as brand new, spacy clean room, excelent bed, quiet place, no problem with parking, few steps from the city beach, as well as to the city center. Mind, that hotel sends access code in the first day of stay by e-mail. We did not know that, but has been solved by phone and whatsup in few minutes.

Great place to stay, the team is very friendly and helpful,. The beach and the old town is very close, anything you need is given in few minutes. I can just recommend this place !

Student apartments that they rent in summer. Clean room, frendly staff. It's ok for a night or two.

We booked this stay as ‘Hotel Pristan’ a 4* hotel; the confirmation came back from a Motel Barka, and we ended up staying in what is in reality a student residence. I was happily surprised on how nice the rooms are. Staff is extremely friendly and caring. Location is very central to the old town, just the view is not as scenery even though it's near the coast. But I do love the cute little terrace in front of the rooms I booked. I'd come back here anytime;)

Very nice place, we had a 3 person room with our own bathroom. It is not cheap for a hostel, but the staff is friendly. There is a great bar adjecent. Also a cozy garden for the guests.

Placed on a good spot close to everything, this is a really nice, cosy and cost effective accommodation for tourists. The one thing I didn't like was that the individual bedrooms didn't have their own a/c, only a ceiling fan. The central room had a good unit though, we spent a lot of time there.
