The young lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Thank her for us please,as she wasn't around when we left. The room was clean and comfortable although a little tired. Bed was awesome. Casino was an added bonus. We were looked after by attentive staff while we were there. Location and parking was also a bonus. A pleasant stay. Number disappointment at most accommodation is the lack of luggage racks.

Friendly welcome, lovely clean hotel with good a/c (it's 40°c outside!). Easy walk to old town. Nice fresh bread at breakfast 🙂
Slow process for check-in & Casino access, lots of paperwork. REALLY noisy cleaners at 8:00am, not restful!

In the town center, near the pedestrian zone. Safe and easy parking behind the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very convenient for someone visiting Ptuj, especially if you have a car.

This is a great inexpensive hotel that is a short walk to the train station and the city center.

It's not as soundproofed as we would like and the bathrooms are cramped, but you just can't beat the price and convenience.

This is a perfect place to stay a night or two if you want to catch a 11:47am train to Budapest instead of a 9:30am one from Ljubljana, etc. We're not morning people.

Ptuj is a great little city to visit too.

When we checked in the staff was not friendly. Did not tell us about the breakfast and where it was. Limited parking, when description said parking was available. We did get blocked in but the morning staff who were much friendlier and helpful got the person to move.

Clean rooms close to the city center offering all you need for a few nights. We did neither got disturbed by other guests nor by any noise from the ******. Very comfy bed and bathroom with spacious shower. Good breakfast (offering cereals, bread, eggs, sausage, cheese, Croissants, etc) with good coffee in self service. A little draw back is that the breakfast room is located in the basement so without any window which they try to compensate with mirrors and lights, but still a little bit sterile. We would stay here any time again.

Overall good to excellnt. A small fridge in the cabinet under the table would be a nice improvement. The breakfast was phenomenal.

Small hotel, has its own parking, clean and new rooms and bathrooms. Reception works 24h and staff is very nice and hospital. Compliments to Mateja who was well informed about the area and suggested places to visit. Would come back again.
