Thermal pool, spa, location, clean, comfortable.

Personal in restaurant - ok. Personal on recepcion desk - ok. Person on swiming pool entry - not friendly.

Part of a Titan tour, overall the experience was positive, food though could be improved, given the cost, I guess you simply expect slightly better. Rooms were large, plenty of space although room ventilation could be improved. Staff very helpful and engaging

We have been here for 15th time. We organize for our friends tennis tournament and all the time we were very satisfied. Rooms are nice, servis is very good, hotel equipment is also very good. Sport activities in surrounding of hotel pools, sauna,...).

It's ok for a couple of nights + Modern and clean rooms + Good price tag + Good Wi-Fi connection + Decent breakfast + Own restaurant and coffeeshop with late evening service Some staff are nice, some aren't that much - Tiny rooms - I had to wait some time at the reception, and even to search the staff in the restaurant in order to check in

Great staff, we accidentally booked wrong dates and arrived one day earlier. They cancelled the original reservation with full refund and offered us last free room. Room was nice, tidy with comfy bed and large TV. Breakfast also very good. Dinner offers also various cuisines so we appreciated choices that are not usual in every corner of this town.

Excellent restaurant very friendly staff. Good prices. Doesn't look like much from the outside but again the restaurant was first class with a varied menu decent size portions. Be prepared to wait a little as the food is freshly prepared. Rooms are clean and comfotable. A strange combination of 5* motel with Haut cuisine.

Friendly welcome, lovely clean hotel with good a/c (it's 40°c outside!). Easy walk to old town. Nice fresh bread at breakfast 🙂 Slow process for check-in & Casino access, lots of paperwork. REALLY noisy cleaners at 8:00am, not restful!

In the town center, near the pedestrian zone. Safe and easy parking behind the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very convenient for someone visiting Ptuj, especially if you have a car.

This is a great inexpensive hotel that is a short walk to the train station and the city center. It's not as soundproofed as we would like and the bathrooms are cramped, but you just can't beat the price and convenience. When we checked in the staff was not friendly. Did not tell us about the breakfast and where it was. Limited parking, when description said parking was available. We did get blocked in but the morning staff who were much friendlier and helpful got the person to move.

Clean rooms close to the city center offering all you need for a few nights. We did neither got disturbed by other guests nor by any noise from the ******. Nice hotel to use as base for visit Ptuj and the surrounding area

Very nice staff. Let us to check in without his presence. The room a very good, the bathroom is big. The bed is soft and comfortable. It is in 10-15 min from autobahn. It is cheaper to call the host directly instead of booking.

So so. Very simple room equipment. No possibility to have a breakfast in the middle of summer season. No kettle nor minerał water in room.

Room was full of spiders and their webs, decoration is quite horrible and you get the feeling of being in quite a dirty room. The three starts only because the price is quite low so it would be unfair to rate them lower. I would personally not go back.

Stayed there in 2019. Nice staff. They opened the hotel for me and offered a ride from the train station because it was quite a long walk. Nice place to stay, just below the castle. Historic.

Oldest hotel in the town. They serve no breakfast but rooms are nicely decorated in old style.

Such a cozy place! Spacious nad pet friendly!! This is a family business and the hosting family is so nice. I especially liked their big garden and the breakfast that included home-grown fruits.

One of the best places we stayed traveling across Europe on bike for two months. Owners super nice and full of good advice for seeing the town. Their dog, Bobi, is so fun too! Such a quiet and peaceful location. Castle view from breakfast!

Our apartment was spacious and spotless, with direct access to the huge garden with playground for children to spend their time in. We left later than we had planned just to make use of it. Should you be looking for a stay in Slovenia on your way to the coast or Serbia this is the place! Near the high way is a beautiful hidden gem. Very friendly owners who prepare breakfast with almost only homemade/grown offers.

Amazing peaceful place with a beautiful view. Homemade breakfast with lots of options, very friendly and generous host. Even if you are vegan they will provide something for you. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and lots of fruit trees with fresh fruits in the summer. Highly recommended.
