We stayed at this hotel a few years ago. The location is good.

During our stay (before check-out), we returned to our room after briefly leaving and found the room door completely open, with no one inside. Nothing was missing, but we found this concerning from a security perspective.

We reported the situation to the staff, who informed us that no action would be taken since nothing was taken.

After our stay, we left a factual review on Booking.com, as requested after completing our reservation. Subsequently, our stay was marked as “no-show” and the booking was cancelled, despite the fact that we did stay at the hotel and received an invoice confirming this.

We find this situation troubling and disappointing, particularly when feedback is provided in good faith based on an actual stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Lent in Maribor! The location is superb, the rooms are impeccably clean and very welcoming, and the overall atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The staff is, without exaggeration, exceptional – from reception to the restaurant. The reception team was outstanding: warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant service was equally impeccable, with great attention to detail and true professionalism. We will definitely be coming back and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

We booked a basic room for our stay. It suited all our needs. Clean towels were supplied every day, and bins were emptied. Our room had a bath which was wonderful for us. It also had a shower. Staff was very helpful and friendly and helped with bags showing us to our room. Even fetched our car as we had used the hotel on-site parking for €12 a day. Staff spoke many different languages. The hotel provided us with maps in order. We were able to visit all the sites we wanted to. Hotel lent is perfectly situated to reach all you need within a few minutes' walk. We ate in the restaurant at the front of the hotel and again the service was first class as was the food. Would definitely recommend this hotel 🏨 and will be using it again. Thank you for a very nice stay.

This hotel has the best location possible in town, right in the center but away from traffic. The setting is wonderfully romantic and peaceful. It sits directly in front of a picturesque river with swans, and a lovely alley perfect for a quiet stroll. Very beautiful!

Lovely room with spa bath. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Within walking distance to the old city centre and facing the Drava river. There are Restaurants and cafes on the river and across the pedestrian bridge just one block away is the Europark shopping centre. Breakfast was included in our booking. Pleasant area to stay whilst visiting Maribor.

It's always a nice stay at hotel lent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is no problem to take a dog, even in the breakfast room. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Very good value for money. The location is directly next to the river Drau and there are a couple of nice Bars and Restaurant very close by
