I spent the weekend with my mom in a mobile home. We had a half board stay. I must say that friendliness and helpfulness are the top priorities at this hotel. Great experience from the reception to the pool, the staff are attentive and not afraid to joke around a bit to make us laugh too. I would especially highlight the restaurant, the food is very tasty (the sea bream for dinner was praiseworthy!), the buffet is generous, very clean, extensive selection and always full... it never runs out. All praise to the head chef Željka for the organization and willingness to answer questions, and even going the extra mile is never a problem for her for exceptional and selective guests. Very responsive staff, YOU ARE AMAZING, Hotel Primus. We will definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

Part of a Titan tour, overall the experience was positive, food though could be improved, given the cost, I guess you simply expect slightly better. Rooms were large, plenty of space although room ventilation could be improved. Staff very helpful and engaging

We have been here for 15th time. We organize for our friends tennis tournament and all the time we were very satisfied. Rooms are nice, servis is very good, hotel equipment is also very good. Sport activities in surrounding of hotel pools, sauna,...).

An idyllic hotel by the Drava River with a stunning view of the medieval town of Ptuj. If you want to discover a beautiful corner of Slovenia with very friendly people, I recommend choosing this hotel. Extremely hospitable staff, a lovely pool, excellent saunas, and an incredibly beautiful spa. I was especially impressed by the massage, which is truly an exceptional experience and a great way to relax. Excellent food in the restaurant, beautiful and spacious rooms. I highly recommend it!

A wonderful experience and place for re-charging batteries, clean and tidy rooms, a wide selection of food, nicely arranged surroundings, pleasantly warm pool water, professional wellness services, friendly staff...we'll be back. :)

Every year a week before the main carnival of Ptuj, I stay at this hotel. It is getting better from year to year! The room had everything one expects, specially good was the bed. It is nice to see the same people at reception again, the friendly bar with moderate prices. I had half board, great choice and well cooked breakfast and dinner, good choice of drinks, specially local wine at good price.

In the oldest Slovenian town Ptuj by the Drava River, there is a truly idyllic hotel where I experienced a warm welcome. The hospitable staff made every moment special, and in their bright, spacious, and modern conference rooms, we successfully held a business workshop with 15 participants. The stay at the hotel was excellent—the rooms were well-maintained and clean, the food selection was truly diverse, and the sleep was peaceful without any disturbing noise. The sauna experience was also exceptional, giving the feeling of being in another time and place, with no crowds and very courteous visitors. pool has really warm natural water from the spring near by. I highly recommend the hotel for business purposes as well as for a family getaway.
