Having a losing hand 50 times in a row (I am not exaggerating, I actually did) in Texas Hold'em is not quite the nice experience. I understand that they have to make money somehow but bro 💀

Stayed here for 3 days and this was my experience:
The first 2 days was good, nice rooms, nice breakfasts & great location.
Then the last evening it got worse:
Drink is not free, in other Casinos in Slovenia, drinks is free with buffet, however here only 1 was free when you can go to the casino next to it and receive a cola with gold card for free, of course there is not warning about it, basically charged us extra for one drink we wouldve gotten for free in the casino...
Then the morning came, the disaster:
Laundry cost was around 75 euro for some clothes (a full bag), basically they count the clothes where one training pants or jacket (dont remember which of them) is 10 euro for ONE! That means this price is INSANE, when we confronted service they was very rude and did not handle the situation well at all.
I work in customer service and know that service is supposed to de-escalate a situation, not make it worse, which is what they did. Basically they was super rude and kept insisting that they was right and didnt flinch at all... They told us there is a price list in the room, which it wasnt, and also the customer service had told us THE DAY BEFORE, it costed around 80 POINTS, not EURO!!!!
During our stay here, we havent seen ONE smile of any of the customer service expect for one person, a blond lady with glasses, she was nice and actually tried to help unlike the rest.
The place tries to scam you, it will hide prices and use all their power to get something from you. Everytime we went to get drinks, the bartenders was super frustrated and passive, didnt get no service at all...
Overall a great location and great rooms | But on the other hand, terrrible customer service and clarity of prices...

It was our second stay at the Korona. Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and professional. We liked it.

This is the only casino i have been to in Europe so far. Was nice to see it has table games as many I have thought about visiting are slots only. I was hoping for a Craps table, but there were none. Blackjack tables with different minimum bets was nice. Overall nice environment with friendly staff and an enjoyable time.

A great sort stop on a long journey! Looked good enough to stay as well but only casino'd it for a bit on the way elsewhere.
