This stay was quite disappointing and didn't meet my expectations for a Park Hyatt. First off, the entrance is very small and doesn't match the Park Hyatt's stature. You turn from the main road into a narrow alley to get in, and the entrance is so tight that all cars have to back out, they can't just turn. Even the Christmas tree at this 'esteemed' Park Hyatt wasn't as nice as those at small shops...

The hotel's location is excellent, right behind the Myeongdong Apple Store. You can take the elevator on the right side of the Apple Store up to the 9th floor for check-in. Olive Young and Lululemon are next door, and there are tons of restaurants right behind the hotel, which is super convenient. It's also very close to Euljiro Station on Subway Line 2. The only and biggest upside is its convenient location. However, the room had a really unpleasant, strong odor. There was an air purifier in the room, but the hotel didn't turn it on beforehand. Even after turning it on later, it didn't help reduce the smell.

The room was very clean and was tidied up daily without us even asking. Check-in at the front desk was super smooth, and there were no language barriers, which was a huge plus. The location is absolutely fantastic – right in the heart of Myeongdong's bustling area as soon as you step out, and really close to Lotte and Shinsegae department stores.

Although we only stayed for one night, the harbour-view room provided a pleasantly relaxing evening as we indulged in wine and cheese assortments purchased from the 7-Eleven store in the lobby. The next morning, we explored Chinatown District on a peaceful winter morning before heading to Seoul.

there is a 711 store below the hotel which is very accessible. there’s a photobooth too if you want some memories of the trip. even though its in Incheon, the location still needs at least 40 mins via taxi. the location itself is near the port, but not noisy. i find the place very peaceful compared to Seoul which is very busy. my only concern is that one of the two single beds is facing the mirror...

Booked this hotel for a concert in Incheon. The transportation is quite convenient, it's very close to Incheon subway station, and I could take the subway directly to the airport the next day. There's a Mega Coffee nearby, and right next door is a police station, so the security felt pretty good. The hotel is large and tall, but the room itself looked a bit dated, though still tolerable.

The hotel is 10 mins walk from the train station and the wolmi sea train. There is also a bus stop outside the entrance which has buses going to the Sinpo market. The room is clean, bed is comfortable and with harbour view.

The hotel is located right next to Chinatown, which feels like a rather vibrant part of Incheon. There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and small bars around. While there are also many museums, they didn't seem to have much to offer.

The room was dirty but they quickly changed it for me. Nobody helped me with my luggage when I arrived and left. There is convenience store in the lobby which is helpful. Harbor view room has a good view. Location very far from Seoul but close to shops, restaurants and China Town. Overall average

The location is excellent, with a CU convenience store right next to the hotel. It's about a 500-meter walk to the very center of town. The breakfast is good, and the hygiene is great. The room is a bit small, but it has everything you need. For the price, it's an absolute steal!

Too small. My luggage barely fits, and it's not comfortable to stay in. Why is the bathroom so tiny too? As someone of my height, it was really inconvenient. I don't recommend it.

It was a nice stay. The area is in the centre of Busan, which makes transfer from Green and Orange lines quite easy. The hotel staff are wonderful, breakfast was a buffet type and hearty. I felt very safe.

The location is decent; it's very convenient and quick to get to the airport. There's no elevator at Exit 8, so it's better to use Exit 10. The breakfast spread is better than what you get in Haeundae. There are plenty of BBQ restaurants, convenience stores, and beef intestine places nearby.

We.love how accessible the place is to all transport aystems. Our stay was comfortable and the breakfast buffet has many choices. Definitely will recommend this plaxe.

Hotel overall and room was comfortable. Staff was excellent but definitely not as fulfilled as a hotel without bell boys, no toothbrush or toothpaste. Compared to other hotels in Asia, was pricey with simple amanities not available. But staff was top notch h well trained and mti lingual.

I was given room 1311. The price and service were both good, and I'd definitely stay here again. (Just a small suggestion: the soundproofing could be improved a bit. Everything else was great – the room even had a window for ventilation, and the location is super convenient for food, with a delicious congee place right next door!)

Nongshim Hotel is a charming property in a prime location. I've often stayed here over the years, and it's consistently comfortable.

Good conditions and environment.

We always stay at Nongshim hotel when visiting Busan as all the rooms have hot spring water so you can bathe and relax in the comfort of your room. Unless you are keen on hot spring water bathing this hotel isn't an obvious 5 stars. It shows its age and the service level is also not 5 star hotel standard.

This is my second visit! The location is great and it's quiet, so my parents and I could relax comfortably. My aunt booked it for our first visit two years ago, which is how I discovered it. Since it's my dad's hometown, we visit often, and I'll definitely use this place again next time! ^^

The subway station and Lotte Department Store are very close, and there are many restaurants and cafes around the hotel, making it super convenient for dining. The facilities are a bit old, but they are clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, which made for a pleasant stay. The price was also very reasonable, especially for the end of the year! 🫠

The room size was just right for our luggage, and the location was good too (there's a convenience store right in front). The bed size and room cleanliness were both excellent. The only minor downside was the lack of slippers for the bathroom. Other than that, I was completely satisfied with the value for money.

The room was clean and tidy, and the surrounding area had many shops in a bustling district, which was very convenient. However, if you wanted extra water, a bottle cost 10,000 Korean Won, and on one of the nights we stayed, the hot water wasn't hot enough… The OLIVE YOUNG exclusive discount coupons were fantastic!

Stayed in this hotel a few times on business trips. It is very convenient as it is located just beside Gimpo airport, Metro station and Lotte Mall yet it is not too busy. Bed and pillow are comfortable, and rooms are kept very clean. Service staffs were very friendly too.

The hotel was great having missed the flight at Gimpo airport: you can walk to the terminal from the hotel quite easily

The check-in staff (both females) are courteous and helpful. The 24-hour no-man convenience store should allow overseas credit card for admission though.

Good location with 7-11 at two corner, lotte department store across the road. No issue to get food from morining till late night. As heater in room extreme hot feel like in saunas, centre control and not able to adjust to own pref temperature. Recommend hotel to provide slipper for room use

The environment is nice, and the location is quite easy to find, close to convenience stores and shopping malls. I checked in after midnight after the fireworks display, and there was still someone at the front desk, which made for a good experience.

The room was very clean, with no drawbacks other than being a bit small. The street-facing rooms were a little noisy, but within an acceptable range. Public transport (buses) was convenient, though the subway was a bit far.

The service was okay, but one day I accidentally broke a soju bottle. A staff member came up to clean the glass shards since it was late. The room was okay, just a bit small. Hotel facilities were pretty average. The breakfast selection was always the same. The dinner buffet was 350 RMB per person, and it was the same food every day for several days. Booked this in a hurry for a work trip. It's actually not too bad if you drive from Jiangnan, but the hotel's location itself is quite out of the way.

The living room is spacious, and both bedrooms have 1.5-meter beds. The master bedroom comes with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and everything you need to cook your own meals. There's a microwave and a washing machine – the facilities are excellent. Much better than I expected! The window view was great and the room was spacious. I suspect the hotel information is incorrect; it felt much larger than 18 square meters. The twin room actually came with two double beds, making it feel more like a quad room. They provided four slippers, four towels, and four bottles of water. It was very roomy for two people, though it might be a bit tight for four...

Location cant be beat. Best spot right on a major road. As for as cleanliness, there are some spots on the shower walls that could have been cleaner. The towels give off a bit of an unusual scent. Maybe they can change the soap and dry them thoroughly. Otherewise, this is my hotel of choice when I go to Busan.

One thing makes me down is the sewage pungent from bathroom as soon as step into the room, so I checked the bathroom immediately but was wicked clean.
