Overall, its good  services are good.   Two of us tried the Chinese Guangdong food restaurant.  Honestly, not authentic and too much salt or MSG.  Very thirsty whole night.  The bill for 2 eaters is same as one night's room rate.  For the quality of foods served  it's not worth it.

The transportation is incredibly convenient; there's a direct shuttle bus from the airport. Plus, there are quite a few shops right downstairs, which is really handy. The room also has outlets, so you don't even need an adapter – super convenient!

The location is quite convenient. There's a mall right downstairs, and the supermarket in the basement has plenty of dining options and cafes. It's not far from the subway either. Great location! The airport bus 6703 stops right outside, and the subway is just a 2-minute walk away. There are also many convenience stores nearby. I stayed on a high floor, and the soundproofing was good, but since my window faced the road, I could sometimes hear traffic.

I love this hotel with their sincere hospitality, the tall gentlemen at the service desk checked me in and gave me a room although the official check in supposed at 2pm. the location is perfect with just a few mins walk from the sub way station which makes it easy to travel around. My room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located and many places are accessed by foot. Best part was walking out of the hotel in the morning and sneaking into narrow pass to Ikseon Dong Hanok village with many beautiful cafes.

The room was tiny, way too small for two suitcases. The price and overall environment didn't match what I'd expect from the Ibis brand. On the plus side, the location is convenient for getting around, with easy access to the metro station.

Exceeds expectations for the price! The room layout is well-designed with a separate shower and toilet. I booked this hotel for my families, the location was perfect.

The hotel's location is great, right in the heart of Songdo, making it super convenient for getting around. There's also a Lotte Mart nearby for shopping. The breakfast, however, is quite simple and the food selection is a bit limited. The coffee is also a bit weak; you need two shots of espresso to get a normal-strength coffee. All in all, everything else is fine besides the breakfast.
