This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. very convenient location, clean and all issues are resolved quickly. the only thing is that if the room is in the middle of the floor, it can be noisy because the neighbors are not keeping quiet. In winter, it's cold in the corner rooms with large windows. as it is, there is everything you need to travel to Seoul, where you are constantly on the move and do not plan to stay in your room.

Excellent location, friendly receptionists.
Nearby subway stations, seven/eleven store right beside the hotel was one of the most amazing treat. Good restaurants, a lot of Korean traditional dress stores to rent and enjoy taking a picture inside the castle. My experience in staying this Hostel Korea Changduckung was delighted. I will definitely return upon another vacation trip to Korea.

The Hotel is walking distance from the palaces such as Changdeukgung, Gyeongbukgung and Bukchon area. The neareast metro is 500M on foot and the bus station is just around the corner.

The hostel is in a great location, close to the metro and very convenient for reaching Seoul’s main attractions. The building itself looks a bit old and worn out (it almost feels like it might be closing soon), but everything is very clean and well maintained. The reception is usually empty except at check-in, but overall the stay was positive.

A couple of practical notes: the towels provided are quite small, so it’s better to bring your own, and the “sky garden” is not like in the pictures—it looks rather neglected.

All in all, despite the dated appearance, it’s a good and affordable place to stay in Seoul.

Very nice, next door to 7-Eleven, 50 meters away from the royal palace, with a private roof to visit and relax.
But! The roof closes at 20:00, no idea why. Couldn't come up after a long tiring day of touristic fun and chill out on it with a botte of icy tea. I booked this hostel counting on nice evenings on top of this roof. Had to return to the room instead.

First of all, I would like to recommend you to stay this hotel during your amazing trip in Korea Seoul to be kicked off! The clearness of rooms are good enough. The room has windows so that we can wake up with the sun light. There is some points that you need to keep in mind. You need to change towels by yourself. You need to contact to owners to renew your trash bins.

I dont recommend everyone staying in this hotel in the winter. The aircondition is central aircondition type, however the hotel didn’t turn it on, and it’s December! 😭 It has warm floor BUT it wasn’t enough to keep us warm, especially during night, when the temperature went down like minus degrees. Eventually we caught cold in the end and had to buy many additional medicines here. We were very sad we can’t fully enjoy this trip due to this situation.
We went to another hotel in last day and the other hotel has warm floor and warm air conditioner that works perfectly fine 😭

Good stay. The MRT station is Euljiro 3-ga which is in the middle of Seoul, walkable distance to Insadong, Hanok Village & GyeongBuk Gong Palace.
