Brilliant, friendly service from the staff. Apartment was clean and the breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice, and the food was good too. A little far from the touristy spots (Los Christianos was about a 45 minute bus ride away), but buses were pretty frequent, inexpensive and bus stops were right outside the hotel. The ocean is a short walk away from the hotel, throug a lovely little town....

Beautiful and clean, apartment big, staff are very helpful , restaurant menu quite plain and the same everyday. Breakfast buffet has lots of choice, but they should give you a clue as to what it is , especially when you are a pescatarian. Really like it here. Some days the pool is empty, others - mostly in the evening, the residents come for a swim. Think the pool bar is closed on a Wednesday and Thursday. We had a late summer (September) break staying in a 3 bedroom apartment at Fairways Club in Tenerife The resort was spotlessly clean and all the staff were very helpful. The only down side it is a little off the beaten track, but taxis are cheap and there is a supermarket an good restaurant nearby. Would certainly go there again

Ideal for golfers with two nearby courses. Fairways is fairly quiet outside of school holidays, has an excellent underused resteraunt. We had a wonderful experience staying at the Santa Barbara Golf and Ocean Club hotel in Tenerife. The hotel felt spotless and well-maintained. The staffs were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This combination of the environment and warm hospitality made our Tenerife holiday relaxing and highly enjoyable.

We had a great time staying at Hotel Tenerife Golf and Sea View! The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, and the food was delicious throughout our stay. Nice break with good service Clean and comfortable. The Royal Level separate areas were really nice and had great service with a really good choice of drinks on all inclusive. Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff are friendly & pleasant, rooms are clean the food is nice . Roof top terrace is unbelievable the views are incredible definitely staying here again. Loved e every minute of it.

This was a 50th birthday treat, and what a treat it was. Staff extremely helpful, polite. Food was for all tastes, the variety was great. Entertainment was great, always something for kids to do too (although I dint bring any) 3 pools to chose from, with a shuttle bus to town too at no cost. staff always interacting with patrons. Definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel- grandparents, parents and a toddler. Beautiful pools, lovely rooms and tasty food. We visited Paradise Park on January 26th for 9 nights as a family of 5, when we arrived we were given a room at the bottom of the hotel which wasn't what I booked as I had paid for a pool view room in annex. We were moved 1 floor up with a view of a path and trees but took it as it felt safer as the bottom floor room had a gate that people could access our outdoor area. The room wasn't as pictured...

We have stayed multiple times with Margarita. Her rooms are clean, fresh, and beautiful. She has an exceptional rating for a reason! Most/All apartments seem to be privately owned and rented out independently from the complex. we booked our apartment through airbnb and our particular apartment was amazing. We didn’t want or need for anything all week. only downside was the noise in the hallways. They signpost a “silence hours” in the halls but of course not everyone obeys this and the windows looking into the hallway are very thin...

Just returned from a two week stay here. We stayed in apartment 731 which was absolutely stunning. The complex was very nice and very clean. The pool was a good size and never struggled to get a sunbed due to having to pay for them. People do still go down to the pool and reserve the best spots though and I did notice that quite a few of these had older or no children which was is quite frustrating...

Didn’t get a beach view, on the whole the staff were very good, apart from some misunderstanding, possibly as I am not able to speak or understand Spanish.

Fabulous holiday- the staff could not be more helpful & considerate, the facilities were perfect for a traveller with mobility issues; super clean, spacious, lovely food and perfect access to lots of lovely restaurants. 10/10

We had a really warm welcome, surprise champagne when they realised we were celebrating a birthday and the chance to freshen up in a room after check out and before our flight. It felt like they were going out of the way to make your trip comfortable and special. I'd recommend!

All about the breakfast….. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t great, struggled to lower the temperature from 28c to 25c despite being on all night. I was moved from a lower room overlooking the carpark to one higher up. Sea view is extra.

Some good points friendly and good beach front position. They was working on construction around the pool which disturbed the ambience. Queing up till 0930 for sunbeds felt like I was going back to the 90s. Check in and check out was good. Breakfast good for price point.

If you’re a senior citizen from the UK it’s perfect for you. However if you’re looking for a fresher younger vibe I’d look at the H10 in Playa del Duque. The staff here were great but being the only two under 60 is a bit of a weird feeling

From check-in to checkout the staff at reception were outstanding and very helpful. The staff at the pool bar (Stacey, Peter) were brilliant and couldn't make you more welcome. The food was also lovely and I would definitely stay here again.

Our stat lly at Ona Los Claveles was exceptional, great location and a beautiful apartment. We had a townhouse type property which faced on to the pool, couldn't have asked for more. Staff were lovely and pool bar was great for snacks and drinks, all at a really reasonable price. Fantastic stay and will definitely return.

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s been modernised. Washing machine in the apartment too which is very handy for a familly or a long stay.

Stayed here in April, decent and clean but a massive flaw is the sunbed situation, not enough of them and we were forced to go the beach most days as we had nowhere to relax. Plenty space for more but unfortunately there was none unless you reserve some at 7am. Elderly people will struggle on arrival taking luggage to rooms as there's no lifts either and stairs are steep if you're on the upper floors...

Good, well maintained site. Very clean and tidy. Pool area cleaned every day. Apartments vary in quality and amenities as many are privately owned and let out on an ad hoc basis. My one was fine though with a nice bathroom and just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sunbed situation needs to be addressed though. We were allocated room 336 which was one of the more up to date rooms and was lovely to say the least i had asked for a pool view and got exactly what i wanted i would highly recommend these apartments as they are always very clean
