Nice place. Really big pool and close to the beach. I would recommend the place to families and couples. Entertainment is every day but more oriented on children. Few sport activities such as aqua aerobics, table tennis, darts and etc. There is no local night life but buses and taxis can take you to Las Americas. Also very friendly staff....

Had a great time. The rooms are large but there is no air conditioning so they do get hot, fans can be hired though for a small cost. The rooms have a fridge and electric hob and kettle but no microwave. The rooms are clean. The staff are very friendly and happy to help, Google translate was very useful. Spartan in external appearance, but surprisingly modern from the interior. Rooms were very well spaced, equipped and maintained. Our family room had full usage of all kitchen mod cons, whilst the beds were genuinely huge and comfortable. Amenities were perfectly adequate too. All meals were housed in a very large hall. Food was nothing to complain about (I sorely miss the delicious squid rings!). Drink...

Beautiful and clean, apartment big, staff are very helpful , restaurant menu quite plain and the same everyday. Breakfast buffet has lots of choice, but they should give you a clue as to what it is , especially when you are a pescatarian. Would however recommend to others, we used it as a base and travelled into Los Christiano every day, lots of little restaurants close by which offer a good variety

Fantastic resort with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were clean and to a nice standard. Food on site was enjoyable and good quality. Looking forward to going back next year. 😁👍

It wasn't a great first night as we arrived late with my partner and a cranky 1 year old and there was no travel cot in the room as I requested but that got sorted first thing in the morning. It's ashame there is no double beds only 2 singles but we just put the beds together. Mattresses a little on the hard side not very comfortable for my liking but other than that everything was great. Comfortable flat, but my 3stars review is due to the very bad internet wifi i found. Free or payed is not different and for business travelers can be a problem..

Mostly clean and tidy. Bed a bit uncomfortable. Prices as you would expect for a resort. Cheaper supermarket 0.3 miles away.

Rooms are dated and some in disrepair. All rooms are very clean. The staff are very friendly and professional. Always keen to help. good selection of food and drink. Good priced hotel just 25 mins away from all the noise In americanised. Bus picks up 100 yards from the hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes and have done. Just don't expect a brand new apartment.

Hotel is basic. Rooms are tired and dated but clean. Food was above average, a great mix with fresh fish, pork and steak all on offer. Drinks were fine. Surrounding area is quiet. The local town of las Galletas (1 mile)Is a lovely traditional Spanish town with some great restraunts. Cheap as well. But by far the best feature of the hotel is the animation staff. I would give it 4 stars hotel, it's really good food, many choices, cleaned our room every day and entertainers amazing, really good shows every evening. Better hotel than most of the 4 stars hotels I stayed. Willing to come back here.

Really nice hotel! Amazing customer service, my boyfriend requested towel swans when we booked as a joke, and not only did they deliver but we were also brought champagne after we'd checked in! Would definitely recommend this hotel

Rooms need T.L.C. very dated. If you looking for a posh holiday this is wrong place. But... food was really good and a lot to choose from. Staff- absolutely brilliant. Lovely and helpful people. Location is also not too bad but no sand beach near.

Staff amazing! Reception amazing! Food really amazing! The rooms are spotless! Overall would definitely recommend it!
