Great location. We had the air well facing room and was quiet. Many eateries around and basically in the middle of a shopping street. No way you will get lose at this location.

Excellent location, good value for money, very pleasant staff, the only thing is the rooms with interior windows, a guy's phone rang at 7:30 in the morning, and he started talking loudly through that patio light at that time waking everyone, as if he were the only guest, it's not the hotel's fault, but they should warn of the obligation to respect the rest of others.

Tired, worn out dingy and dirty in places. Needs investment and care. Lobby is depressing and lift is filthy. Room was clean, spacious and bed was ok. Linen was clean. You get what you pay for so you shouldnt expect anything above 1 star. Ok for overnight stay only.

Great low-budget hotel. It’s a decent hotel but for a very fair price. The room was clean and tidy, had a queen-size single bed, a fridge and its own bathroom. A little downside was that the mattress was a little saggy and the water in the shower couldn’t be turned warmer then „regular warm“. The hotel is located in a quiet street very close to the city center with many bars, cafes and shops around. There is no breakfast but many options nearby. The hotel has 2 parking spots (costing 18 euros per day) which was important for us.

Loved everything about this hotel. I go to this town pretty often and know many hotels in the area. This one is now my number one in Santa Cruz. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. It is an old building that has been refurbished to a high standard. Yes, you can hear some noise from other guests but that's normal in old Spanish building and it didn't really bothered me as I think guests at the time...

The hotel has a great location, but I'd say it's not really a hotel, more like a guesthouse. It doesn't even have a restaurant; breakfast is delivered to the room, but it's very basic and very simple, yet the price is high, and there's absolutely no service. A convenient aparthotel in the city center. Parking is available upon reservation for an additional fee. The room is cozy and clean, with everything you need. The only drawback is that the kitchen doesn't have a stove, only a microwave. Everything else is very convenient and comfortable.

A lovely hotel in a neighborhood about a 10 minute walk from the commercial/historic center of La Laguna. Rooms are quiet, and the amount of storage available in the room was amazing. Good job! Breakfast is great with plenty of options and variety. Staff members were all helpful and nice. Parking is available on the property as well. A well earned 5 star review by many others as well.

Stunning settling in a lovely area

We spent a week at this lovely hotel. The room was beautiful and having the extra space of the 'solarium' was great and perfect for relaxing. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us, serving delicious breakfasts, booking restaurants, advising on trips and walks. Very pleasant staff and a great terrace. All common areas are clean, and the mattresses are comfortable. There's a small shelf for belongings on the top bunk.

Good location: 10 minutes from the airport; walking distance to La Laguna bus-station, city shopping & nightlife. Clean, light dorms, shared kitchen & top-floor terrace with a bar. Nice to work and socialize with mostly backpackers & independent travellers exploring the university town. Friendly hostel-team - also help-full when problems with an other booking agent occur.

Nice location, nice rooftop terrace. Don't expect world class bathrooms and shared facilities, but it is okay. Friendly staff.

The breakfast included was only a small muffin and I booker fir a bed in a dorm of twi but I was actually in a dorm of 4. Had a great experience somehow. The staff and the people staying there were very nice and the check in was easy.
