The room was very clean, and the hotel facilities were excellent, with great service. However, the room we were given was quite noisy. The garbage truck passed by on the street outside around 6 AM and 10 PM, and it was really loud.

Charming hotel in a very central location. Some features, like the showers, could do with modernising, but the grounds are beautiful and the pool is large and heated all year round. The service was generally very good. Jakob, in particular, was very helpful giving us tips on the best places to visit. We would definitely come again!

Try the sandwich menu and drinks at the bar outside. Rado and Jacob will be outstanding hosts. There are 5 restaurants, but takes a lot of work to find their menus. Easier to just go there and ask to look at it. Ask for garden view room on 3rd or 4th floor. They have a nice view of the hotel grounds as well as the hills above.

Very satisfied. The hotel environment is great, with a small botanical garden right next door. The room also has a large balcony where you can sunbathe and enjoy the view. There are also many supermarkets around the hotel. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel. Nicely renovated and immaculately kept. It is a perfect hotel if you are NOT into the „classic“ all-in-tourism. If I had a complaint, it was the lighting concept in the room. Had to stay here because or flight was delayed. On arrival it looked very nice! Got a room on the 4th floor. Elevator was really small, we barely fit with two people and our suitcase. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time at the Atlantida Hotel in Santa Cruz. The service at the reception from Francisco was genuinely amazing. We saw how much he enjoyed helping us and how much he cared for us to have a good time at the hotel. He takes his job really professionally and we really see a lot potential in him.

The hotel has a great location, close to everything, and the breakfast is plentiful. There are parking spaces, but they are not easy to find, so it's best to ask about parking in advance if you need to park.

Well located with a stylish old lobby and large modern rooms. Beautiful pool area on the roof. Staff were friendly. Good breakfast and excellent evening meal which was unbelievably good value. Lovely hotel perfectly situated to explore La Laguna and the surrounding area. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet with everything we needed. The reception staff were all delightful, friendly and helpful.

Great hotel with excellent service! On my first day I connected to the Wi-Fi and got a request for feedback. I said that a kettle would be nice in the room to be able to make some tea. 30 minutes later two ladies knocked at my door and brought me a kettle, a few teabags and two glasses. That’s service! A delightful discovery! The hotel is very charming. The small lounges are a great place to relax and unwind. The rooftop, bar, and gym are all excellent. I didn't try the pool, but it looked fantastic. Unfortunately, the spa wasn't operational. Also, despite what was advertised, there was no parking available. On the plus side, it's conveniently located near the main streets.

Flawless hotel, we had a wonderful one night stay here. Bike friendly. Comfortable, quie, clean, spacious rooms and beautiful decor in the common areas. Wish we had time to try the cafe & food and enjoy the facilities. They kindly left us a very nice packed lunch as we had to leave before breakfast. Staff were great, highly recommend.

The room itself was quite large and okay, but the opposite side seemed to be an abandoned house, which was quite scary at night.

The hotel is about 20 min walk from the bus station but is in the town centre next to main shopping area. We choose this hotel because it is 15-minute walk from cruise terminal. The hotel is small and nice. Breakfast is good.

Rooms are big and comfortable but should be more thoroughly cleaned between customers. The staff is very reactive and friendly. Breakfast was very good. I was a little disappointed that the indoor pool advertised on Google was part of the spa at extra cost. Access to the spa has to be booked - not really spontaneous for holidays.

I arrived in Tenerife by ferry and walked to NH Tenerife. Check-in was efficient, the staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was very good with many options. The hotel is close to many restaurants and close to the light rail line that goes to San Cristobal de La Laguna. I recommend this hotel and will stay there on my next visit to Tenerife.

The day I stayed there happened to be the Three Wise Men's Day, so there was a festival going on outside all night, and the hotel room's soundproofing was insufficient. It needs renovation. It didn't have air conditioning, just a single-speed fan. You have to ask for a hairdryer at reception, and they give you a wall-mounted one, but it's loose. 🙄 You can hear all the neighbors and the street because the windows don't close properly. The rooms are very good for the price. Cleaned daily and convenient. Staff are great too. My one issue was an extremely loud guest next door he kept watching TV until 3-4 AM. The rooms do not have great sound insolation. I had to make complaints and reception responded appropriately. I suggest the hotel implement a policy of low volume after 12.

The hotel is in the city center. The double room assigned to us, 409, is small with a double bed with a spring mattress, a single bedside table, limited space, and a tiny closet. It was about a 20-minute walk from the direct bus stop from the airport. There were many supermarkets and shops nearby, so the location was good. The room was clean. There was air conditioning, but it wasn't, so it was hot at night and difficult to sleep. The walls were thin, so I could hear noises from other rooms. It would have been nice if there was a place to hang towels near the shower.

We regularly stay in Santa Cruz for our major shopping trips. This was our first time at Hotel Adonis, and we really enjoyed it. Renovated rooms, comfortable beds, no nighttime noise, friendly staff... that's all we needed. The breakfast was adequate, but without being excessive (and without food waste!). In short, good quality for a small price. We'll be back!

Stayed one night last weekend. Easy to find just outside city centre. Guy on reception didn't provide any information on the hotel when I arrived or engage in any small talk. Even the hotel is not in the city centre, it has a good location, near the harbour, and only a 10-15 minute walking distance from the centre. There is a nice walking route at the ocean front with georgeous plants.

Great low-budget hotel. It’s a decent hotel but for a very fair price. The room was clean and tidy, had a queen-size single bed, a fridge and its own bathroom. A little downside was that the mattress was a little saggy and the water in the shower couldn’t be turned warmer then „regular warm“.
