Jose and Rosa and there mum who acknowledges you just before going up the stairs are extremely lovely nothing is too much to ask .The staff who clean the rooms are clinically dressed in white pristine uniforms and they also clean your room to excellent standard .
If you think you are staying in a hilton type then this is not for you .
This hotel is run by a family in some of the rooms I visually saw you also have your own kitchen own bathroom upstairs on the balcony is also another kitchen with oven and also washer/dryer you can use like I said me and my partner have spent 4 nights here and he said the mattress was so comfy and the owners are so friendly and go above and beyond to make you have a lovely and welcome stay despite weather conditions when we was there we are returning and booking here again .

The staff (I think she's owner) is super friendly. Thank you so much!! Perfect location, great room condition, 3 towels included, comfy bed, a heater. Perfect stay!

I only needed to stay for one night for the Balearia ferry, as my train from Madrid had been cancelled due to the train crash and I took the bus a day early.
So I arrived in the evening having booked a single room while on the bus. The owner very kindly upgraded me to a studio with a kitchenette which was much appreciated. I could spread out and once the heating was working I was warm and cosy.
The room was missing a kettle but I could use the microwave to heat water.
The shower was fully adjustable and lovely and warm.
The location is great, not too far from the bus station and not too far from the ferry terminal; via the market if you so wish!
My Balearia ferry was at 17:00 so I left my case for free at the hotel. But they changed it free at the terminal to 15:00. so I went back to pick up my case and got to Tangier early. So all good.
The hotel is a little run down as other guests have said but “cheap and cheerful” is a pretty good description!

A nice family-run hotel near the bus and train stations. Convenient access to Ronda, Gibraltar, Ceuta, and Tangier. The price/quality ratio is excellent; I loved everything.

This place was great. Clean and has the best owners. I love a family run place. Everyone is committed to making your stay wonderful. Plus most comfy beds I have encountered in Spain!

The facilities are good but a bit old. The location is very convenient and the price is reasonable.

I stayed here for one night in late December. The room was large, with a balcony overlooking the street, and a good size bathroom, but with a basic furnishing. The hostess was very welcoming and spoke excellent English, I was very pleased with the service. The location was close to the port and town centre, with a good café underneath, but it seemed like a dangerously area, not the same pleasant vibe that I was in Seville or Cádiz. For €31.50 it was good but not ideal - more expensive than the hotels I booked in Seville or Cádiz.

I recommend it because it is located close to the boat terminal in Morocco and the bus terminal is close. A kitchen inside the accommodation room
