It's better to be forewarned. The staff was very attentive, and I have absolutely no complaints in that regard. The room overlooked a street whose nightlife was truly disturbing (three clubs less than 50 meters from the window: El Seis, La Dolce Vita, and Salones Bacarra). Only stopped for a night. Had a to break up a long car journey so booked quite late. We got a message asking what time we'd be arriving so that they could heat up the room for us (very nice touch). The accommodation is suitable for a short stay. The room is small, but contains quality beds and air conditioning. View of other houses, there is no balcony or pool. This was a second time. Everything was perfect. Again, excellent service from Osvaldo at the dinner. This guy delivers every time. He should get a bonus or something. The room was not clean when we arrived, long black hair everywhere, disgusting toilet lavatory, they forgot to give us cold dinner which was confirmed earlier, lack of sound proof, loud music down the hotel every night. On the day of departure they let us almost beg for our cold lunch and gave us pork sandwiches knowing that we are a Muslim family.

The hotel is very large, which means that when it's busy, as was the case during the San Isidro holiday weekend, there are often long queues, especially during dinner and when using the elevators. The service is good, and the staff tries their best. The food quality is what you'd expect from a three-star hotel.

Hotel almost at the end of the coast, but it has its advantages - close to wild beaches, more activity to walk to the center and more peace in the area. The hotel is very clean, we could see how the ladies clean even the inside of the wardrobe in the room. I would change the bedspreads. Location near the beach, restaurants and shops was perfect for our visit to Gandia. The parking is limited (do reserve ahead if needed) but we were able to find street parking within a few blocks. The floors are not carpeted, so if other guests are moving around furniture in the middle of the night, you will hear it :-) Staff was excellent and all else really great. Would love to return.

That's it. I don't know if the food complaints refer to another hotel, as some people are quite forgetful. Of course, it could be the same people who pile their plates high with greasy food and impossible combinations. Back home, I'll need tests and a doctor's visit. Good value for money. A bit dated, but for a beach getaway, it's not too far away and acceptable. It's fine for a short stay; the buffet has limited variety, but the food is decent. The worst thing is the lack of parking, and finding a spot can be difficult in high season. The good thing is there's an open area nearby with both free and paid parking, and if you find a spot, it's not far away.

The hotel is quite old, but the food is very good. My biggest complaint is that there's a lot of rubbish piled up under the stairs on the ground floor, and cockroaches accumulate there and come out—it's disgusting. They should pay more attention to the maintenance of this hotel.

Everything was great, the staff was super nice, efficient and professional. I would repeat without any problem and I would even recommend it to anyone who is ill.

Very good hotel that I recommend. The room was nice and cleaned every day. The service and food both were very good. The only recommendation I can give is to put a clothes dryer on the terrace.

An excellent hotel with excellent amenities.

It's located right on the seafront. The air conditioning works very well. The hotel staff is excellent. The pool with jacuzzi is comfortable and charming. The breakfast is a bit underwhelming for those of us used to fresh juice and a good espresso in the mornings. However, overall, and because of the excellent service, we'll be back!

the hotel was the last one to my trip to Spain. Really, the personal, the hotel was amazing, the food the food , the person, I really renting the room againg. Its near to the restaurants, beach, wow I love it!

The hotel was a bit outdated. Check in went smoothly and the person at the front desk was helpful. The AC in our room didn’t work and it was eventually fixed by hotel maintenance after 45 mins. No apology was offered. The door to the balcony on the 10th floor didn’t lock. Families with young children beware. We booked two nights at the hotel and ended up leaving after staying for one night.

Average hotel, I was missing cups and grasses in the room, they put just plastic cups, which isn't very suitable for hotel of this category. Also they could leave some tea and coffee in the room, as usual in others hotels and kettle for make it. But the receptionists are very nice and helpful.

Came here for two weeks, and honestly loved it! The room was nice, bed was comfortable, closet was large, bathroom was nice as well as the shower. A cozy room for one person. No dirt, really clean, quiet, and perfect to just come and rest after a long day of walking. Really loved it!

To start check in took time because there was a confusion with the payment. A group of students were staying in the hotel so there was a lot of noise and the pool area was dirty. In general, the hotel needs updating and the food was well cooked but of poor quality. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly especially Adriana in the restaurant. Location was also great.

The hotel is located at the beginning of playa de Gandia if you come from the little town of Gandia. There is a town bus that connects Playa de Gandia and Gandia pueblo. The property was ok, nothing special or fancy. They didn’t even have an iron to use and had to find one for me to use for a wedding I was there for. They also didn’t have towels for the pool, so as a guest who don’t plan on bringing those items, just beware. They ultimately did end up finding an emergency iron to let me use but it was very stressful for me.

We had a great time staying here for the week. The room was perfect for our needs and the staff were very friendly. Many amenities close by and the beach is a matter of minutes walk. We would recommend staying here. In fact, we have booked to come back next week for a couple more nights

This was my fourth stay in this hotel. Staying in room 610 on the top floor tucked away in a corner away from the street, was an added bonus. Everything worked superbly. From the in-house WiFi to the safe deposit box and TV to the breakfasts. I also enjoyed dinner a few evenings during my six night stay at a very moderate price. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was kind, location good. Breakfast didn't have a lot for vegetarians, but ok for 5e. Rooms didn't have a great noise insulation but the beds were comfy. Cleanliness could be a bit better.

The best thing about this hotel is by far and away the lovely Mara. She is so so helpful. Other than that, the hotel is in a good location but very very noisy. Rooms would benefit from internal doors, as you can hear lots of noise. Breakfast... hot breakfast is served cold and i would recommend getting down early if you want fresh. Choice is good though.

A nice place to stay, with friendly staff who kept everything clean. The room was spacious, having two double beds, but only one window overlooking an interior patio. The toile was large and clean. However, the corridor noise was quite loud, and the light under the main door was too bright. To remedy this, I placed a towel across the gap to block the light.

Super hotel in central old town Gandia. Very clean with comfortable beds and crispy white bed linen. I emailed to confirm our reservation, reply came almost immediately. Staff delightful and helpful.
