This was a second time. Everything was perfect. Again, excellent service from Osvaldo at the dinner. This guy delivers every time. He should get a bonus or something. We've been to this hotel many times and we enjoy its no-frills value for money accommodations, high quality food, and the friendly and efficient staff. Bar prices are reasonable, too. For those who expect to see filet mignon, sirloin or entrecote steaks, or a plateful of prawns on offer at mealtimes, you will be disappointed but, considering the very competitive prices, the food on offer is of a high...

The room was not clean when we arrived, long black hair everywhere, disgusting toilet lavatory, they forgot to give us cold dinner which was confirmed earlier, lack of sound proof, loud music down the hotel every night. On the day of departure they let us almost beg for our cold lunch and gave us pork sandwiches knowing that we are a Muslim family.

The hotel is very large, which means that when it's busy, as was the case during the San Isidro holiday weekend, there are often long queues, especially during dinner and when using the elevators. The service is good, and the staff tries their best. The food quality is what you'd expect from a three-star hotel.

Hotel almost at the end of the coast, but it has its advantages - close to wild beaches, more activity to walk to the center and more peace in the area. The hotel is very clean, we could see how the ladies clean even the inside of the wardrobe in the room. I would change the bedspreads. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea (we had such a room booked). Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment...

Pretty weak. It's saved by the location. Service, cleanliness, and facilities are all average.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, great location close to the beach and many possibilities of free parking nearby (mid-June). I would only appreciate some raw vegetables for breakfast as there was none and highlight that depending on the season, the sun might not be shining on the pool after 5:30 pm which is a pity.

Location near the beach, restaurants and shops was perfect for our visit to Gandia. The parking is limited (do reserve ahead if needed) but we were able to find street parking within a few blocks. The floors are not carpeted, so if other guests are moving around furniture in the middle of the night, you will hear it :-) Staff was excellent and all else really great. Would love to return.

Came here for two weeks, and honestly loved it! The room was nice, bed was comfortable, closet was large, bathroom was nice as well as the shower. A cozy room for one person. No dirt, really clean, quiet, and perfect to just come and rest after a long day of walking. Really loved it!

Very good hotel that I recommend. The room was nice and cleaned every day. The service and food both were very good. The only recommendation I can give is to put a clothes dryer on the terrace.

That's it. I don't know if the food complaints refer to another hotel, as some people are quite forgetful. Of course, it could be the same people who pile their plates high with greasy food and impossible combinations. Back home, I'll need tests and a doctor's visit. The food is varied and healthy, more so than some more well-known hotels. Salads and fruit every day, at least one stew, and a variety...

Good value for money. A bit dated, but for a beach getaway, it's not too far away and acceptable. It's fine for a short stay; the buffet has limited variety, but the food is decent. The worst thing is the lack of parking, and finding a spot can be difficult in high season. The good thing is there's an open area nearby with both free and paid parking, and if you find a spot, it's not far away.

The hotel is quite old, but the food is very good. My biggest complaint is that there's a lot of rubbish piled up under the stairs on the ground floor, and cockroaches accumulate there and come out—it's disgusting. They should pay more attention to the maintenance of this hotel.

3 stars, third line from the beach. Attentive staff. Clean. Air conditioning blowing constantly. Good, varied breakfast buffet.

Everything was great, the staff was super nice, efficient and professional. I would repeat without any problem and I would even recommend it to anyone who is ill.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was fresh and varied. Very well organized. The pool was quiet and relaxing. We were a family of three and had a room with a sea view and a great balcony with sea views. The room was comfortable and clean. To start check in took time because there was a confusion with the payment. A group of students were staying in the hotel so there was a lot of noise and the pool area was dirty. In general, the hotel needs updating and the food was well cooked but of poor quality. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly especially Adriana in the restaurant. Location was also great.

Nice hotel near the beach and good price

The property was ok, nothing special or fancy. They didn’t even have an iron to use and had to find one for me to use for a wedding I was there for. They also didn’t have towels for the pool, so as a guest who don’t plan on bringing those items, just beware. They ultimately did end up finding an emergency iron to let me use but it was very stressful for me.

We had a great time staying here for the week. The room was perfect for our needs and the staff were very friendly. Many amenities close by and the beach is a matter of minutes walk. We would recommend staying here. In fact, we have booked to come back next week for a couple more nights

This was my fourth stay in this hotel. Staying in room 610 on the top floor tucked away in a corner away from the street, was an added bonus. Everything worked superbly. From the in-house WiFi to the safe deposit box and TV to the breakfasts. I also enjoyed dinner a few evenings during my six night stay at a very moderate price. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was kind, location good. Breakfast didn't have a lot for vegetarians, but ok for 5e. Rooms didn't have a great noise insulation but the beds were comfy. Cleanliness could be a bit better.

The best thing about this hotel is by far and away the lovely Mara. She is so so helpful. Other than that, the hotel is in a good location but very very noisy. Rooms would benefit from internal doors, as you can hear lots of noise. Breakfast... hot breakfast is served cold and i would recommend getting down early if you want fresh. Choice is good though.

A nice place to stay, with friendly staff who kept everything clean. The room was spacious, having two double beds, but only one window overlooking an interior patio. The toile was large and clean. However, the corridor noise was quite loud, and the light under the main door was too bright. To remedy this, I placed a towel across the gap to block the light.

Good position. Breakfast not too good. We had an awful room. Bars at the window as we shared a roof terrace with a neighbours apartment and their washing. The bathroom was lethal! Im 81 years old and the shower flooded the room however careful I was. So slippery . Super hotel in central old town Gandia. Very clean with comfortable beds and crispy white bed linen. I emailed to confirm our reservation, reply came almost immediately. Staff delightful and helpful. I really liked this place. I think it has had a recent refresh because everything looked so good. Miguel behind the desk was extremely helpful and very efficient. Rooms were clean and tidy, and pressure in shower was great. Fantastic location - straight across the road from the main beach. Would recommend.

An excellent hotel with excellent amenities.

It's located right on the seafront. The air conditioning works very well. The hotel staff is excellent. The pool with jacuzzi is comfortable and charming. The breakfast is a bit underwhelming for those of us used to fresh juice and a good espresso in the mornings. However, overall, and because of the excellent service, we'll be back!

Great stay It was all great, nice lication, very nice view and Great staff and service. Only thing I missed was a robe, would be nice to get out of the shower into the air conditioning and there was no price list for the items on minibar so when we checked out I asked about that and they said the staff should have told us they were complimentary, shopping centre just downstairs with loads of portion...

The hotel could be a little noise since there it faces a busy street with bars and restaurant in front of it. The beds are very comfortable and the water pressure is excellent. The views from the balcony are great.

the hotel was the last one to my trip to Spain. Really, the personal, the hotel was amazing, the food the food , the person, I really renting the room againg. Its near to the restaurants, beach, wow I love it!

The hotel was a bit outdated. Check in went smoothly and the person at the front desk was helpful. The AC in our room didn’t work and it was eventually fixed by hotel maintenance after 45 mins. No apology was offered. The door to the balcony on the 10th floor didn’t lock. Families with young children beware. We booked two nights at the hotel and ended up leaving after staying for one night.

Average hotel, I was missing cups and grasses in the room, they put just plastic cups, which isn't very suitable for hotel of this category. Also they could leave some tea and coffee in the room, as usual in others hotels and kettle for make it. But the receptionists are very nice and helpful.

Perfect It was our second stay. Got an upgrade to the highest level with a larger balcony. Very clean and comfortable. Good location. Delicious food (half board).

Beautiful hotel close to the beach. Wish we had a room on upper floors, not on the first floor to be able to see the Mediterranean Sea. Breakfast and dinner was included in the price. It’s called half boarding
