Good staff and clean rooms, no insulation so you hear everything, fire alarm went off several times during nights

IThe hotel was in a small village and seemed to be popular with people going to the boat at Santander. At meal times it was popular with a lot locals and those staying in the hotel. The hotel had a lot of old fashioned items like typewriters, cash machines, musical items, clocks etc. The bedrooms were basic but comfortable and the bathroom had a shower, but no bath for those who want one. The staff were excellent and there was good access to the promenade and beach.

It's better to be forewarned. The staff was very attentive, and I have absolutely no complaints in that regard. The room overlooked a street whose nightlife was truly disturbing (three clubs less than 50 meters from the window: El Seis, La Dolce Vita, and Salones Bacarra). The noise is simply unbearable (until 3:00 a.m., then they have to close the terraces, but the bass continues until closing time...

The entire hotel is spotless. The showers are warm and the hosts are fantastic. The breakfast is nice, filling us up for the morning. Really close to the beach. Short walk down the road for buses into the town centre. Street parking is available in this part of Gandía without charge.

We were really sad to leave! And recommend this hotel to everyone! More specifically: Marta and Felix are great hosts, they gave us a lot of tips, and were always up for a chat (if you want it) The room: The bed was super comfy, the view was amazing! And the AC was working, not so loud, and def not smelly. There are some things which needs to be fixed, but it was not really bothering me. Only advise...

Older building, but well maintained and clean. Included breakfast was very good. Location is most probably managed by owners and we were feeling comfortable all the time. Best to park at the roundabout neat the harbour.

Fantastic stay at the hotel.Its small and friendly.The rooms are basic,but have a small refrigerator a welcome bonus being able to keep bottle water etc cold.The room on arrival was spotless.Breakfast consists of fresh fruit,crossaunts a verity of bread for toast and ham.There is coffee and freshly squeezed Orange juice.I can be enjoyed on a colourful terrace with reggae music being played quietly...

Perfect location to beach, bars restaurants and shops, and fantastic service. Clearly best value for money you’ll find. Highly recommended.

Only stopped for a night. Had a to break up a long car journey so booked quite late. We got a message asking what time we'd be arriving so that they could heat up the room for us (very nice touch). Really friendly lady on reception and a man popped his head around the corner to greet us, I'm guessing they are the owners. Comfy beds, nice little bathroom. Not a luxury hotel, but great value for money...

Nice people, but wifi up and down, bars on window, clim ok, bathroom ok, good water pressure, no plug into the small bathtub > shower only, close the Beach and the Port area, no lift

A classic hotel, with an exceptional location, just one street from the seafront, everything clean and very good value for money.

The accommodation is suitable for a short stay. The room is small, but contains quality beds and air conditioning. View of other houses, there is no balcony or pool. The small bathroom has a sink, toilet and bidet. Considering the price and the 2-star category, i.e. tourist, it met our expectations. The location is excellent. The accommodation is modest, but completely sufficient for the two nights...

Hotel as its name indicates, for a weekend without children, very good location and pleasant treatment.
