The staff here were outstanding! The position was perhaps a 100m from the Cathedral and really couldn't be faulted.
Now, remembering that is on a 2 star hotel, it represented really great value. However, only one chair in the room and a (very) noisy air-conditioning detracted a little from the hotel.
Would I stay there again? Yep, everything else was so good that, even with the minor problems, make it very good value.

Stayed here for two nights. Great location for all the best places in Cordoba. It's basic, but comfortable, clean and friendly. We had room 306 which was really quiet with 2 comfortable single beds. Good air con and wifi. Bathroom is small but shower very good. Nice big towels. Staff really nice. Honesty bar up on roof terrace is a nice touch. Not cheap but the hotels in Cordoba are very expensive and this was good value in my opinion.

We have just spent three nights at Carpe diem and it was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was perfectly comfortable and well cleaned. The hotel is perfectly placed for visiting the sights of cordoba as well as the wide variety of bars and restaurants. Not need to look anywhere else this is a great hotel

What a lovely hotel! It’s in a great location, easy to walk to from the train station and is in the heart of the old town. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming and helpful. There are cheerful murals painted on the center courtyard and the rooms are immaculate and everything works fine. There is a lovely rooftop patio with an honor bar. There are several choices for breakfast located nearby the hotel. We are so glad we chose the Carpe Diem for our short Cordoba getaway.

Great boutique hotel near the Mezquita-Cathedral. We stayed in a junior suite (queen bed and 2 single beds). Beds were comfy and staff were wonderful! We stayed 2 nights and wished we stayed longer!

Location is just superb 👌
You have everything within 10 minutes walk.
The room was a junior suite and you have a sofa ,small kitchen and bedroom. Bathroom is beautiful and shower excellent. No need for toiletries because everything is in miniature in the bathroom.
Everything is spotlessly clean.
The girls working at the reception well they are just something else :) so lovely and welcoming and one of them drove with us to show where the parking garage was.
They are so helpful and caring.
It was hot and we left my mum was not so well straight away she got her a cold glass of water. Thank you all 3 for making our stay so wonderful.

The reception is great, kind and friendly. Room was clean and big enough. Very well located hotel. But it's very Noisy! You easily hear the talk of other guests from their room. When other guests use taps and tiolet you hear them so loudly seems they are in your room! I know the junior rooms have more facilities but I believe all rooms need a small fridge since Cordoba is the hottest town of Spain.
I don't recommend it to people who are sensitive to the noise.

Very nice hotel, quiet rooftop, great location however, the walls are very thin. You can easily hear guests’ voices in other rooms and when the toilet is flushed.
I was first given the room on the ground floor right next to the front desk, but this lasted less than a minute, you can hear everyone outside the room. I asked to be moved then I was then given a room on the second floor - much better.

Room is basic but clean and the hotel is centrally located.
However, the walls are very thing and it can be very loud. You don’t have a kettle in the room and the bathroom was very slippery.
We booked a junior suite and I’m not sure it was worth the price difference.

The waiter Cristian was great. The food was amazing, especially the pork steak. The ambiance is great and the restaurant itself is beautiful. This was the best place we ate at in Cordoba so far. The prices are worth it :) Cristian didn't charge us for one of our beers, gave us some olives tapas and some sherry to finish off the evening for free. We were very happy.

A well rounded restaurant with a variety of delicious options at slightly expensive prices. Expect to pay 12-20 per person for full portions that'll leave you satisfied. The meat is Halal (mostly) and the decor is Andalusian style with a beautiful fountain and well lit tiled walls.
