We were greeted by very friendly staff and check-in was quick and efficient. We were given a bigger room which was nice and the added bed space was really an increased comfort.
The hotel is a little older and in some areas it starts to show, but is generally very well maintained. The «ramps» you find in some hallways and in your room are a bit odd, but better than steps.
Room was of a good size and so was the bathroom, which has a bathtub, which makes for a smaller shower than you would get from a regular shower stall.
Sink, counter and toilet were unusually low for a tall european, but not unworkable.
Housekeeping was very good the room was spotless clean every day.
Wifi was (as in most of Spain) ok, but not fantastisc.
We chose the hotel for location, price AND the pool, which was really nice to enjoy in the afternoons. Beware, depending on season it might get very busy and sun loungers are limited.
Location was really fantastic, an easy 5 minute walk from the old town. Everything was in walking distance.
The only thing we were not completely happy with was breakfast service. During our 3 breakfasts there seem to have been 3 different cooks on duty and none of them knows how to prepare bacon or scrambled eggs. The quality of the bacon was really good, but it was hardly fried at all. The same goes for the scrambled eggs. They were either fried to «death» or so runny you could have server as soup.
Bread rolls were «bake-up» goods, ufortunately they were not baked up.
All in all a decent hotel at a decent price. Might book again.

Excellent hotel! Friendly staff, great location. It's very convenient that they have their own parking and pool. I loved everything. Thank you, I highly recommend it!

It’s rare that I wrote such a negative review, but our experience here was not a good one. Our room smelled like mildew and after 5 hours of trying to cool it off, they moved us to another room, where we had to start the cool down process again. Sweating into the night as we tried to sleep. One of our colleagues had no power one side of their room, including the refrigerator. We grabbed some local food for dinner and tried to eat in the reception area, (coolest place anywhere but stunk of smoke) and an employee told us we couldn’t eat there and chased us away. I do not recommend this hotel!

Hotel is good. It's relatively big and has a nice pool area. Room was quite small and could use a renovation - but overall we had a good experience here.

This hotel feels more like a 3-star property. The pool is quite small and gets overcrowded easily, making it hard to enjoy. My biggest concern was the air conditioning, on a day when temperatures reached 42°C, the AC in the room was outdated and ineffective. It only offered one or two fan speeds with no temperature control. I informed reception that the room was too hot, but no real action was taken. It’s disappointing that in a country known for extreme heat, the hotel hasn’t upgraded its AC systems, leaving guests like me hot, uncomfortable, and dissatisfied. Not what I expected.

Excellent hotel well situated to walk to all main attractions. Room was ok, slightly cramped and no tea or coffee in the room.

Great location but very dated. Hairdryer was poor, and air-conditioning was ineffective. We were told the pool would be open, but it wasn't, but it would get a decent amount of sun and shade in the afternoon if it was available to use. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable

The room is very basic for a 4-star hotel.
Check-in was fast and efficient. However, no information was given with regards to hotel facilities or breakfast times and place.
There is no information in the room with regards to the above either.
I was given a map, and it was circled where the hotel is and where the historic area is as well as the area to eat traditional tapas.
No draws to store socks and underwear.
Thankfully, I took a photo of the WiFi password I saw on a board at the reception desk. Otherwise, I wouldn't have known the WiFi password when I got to my room
2 single beds pushed together, so there is no double bed.
No tea and coffee making facilities, which is a shame as I had bought my own ground coffee and cafetiere.

I wished to book an excursion for today and Tomorrow however I was not able to do so, as they only take cash, not card for advertised excursions.
On a plus note room and bathroom is clean, so credit to the domestic staff.

It's missing the ability to have a coffee before 12:00 without having to pay the €14 that breakfast costs.
