Room was clean but a bit rundown, especially the bathroom. Location by gas station was off-putting. Front desk staff was friendly.

The room was very clean and the bar and gift shop there is great 👍

Did not like having to go back to front desk to ask for A/C ventilation to be turned. No menus or other info in room.

The room was clean and pleasant. However, The Female toilets in the Cafeteria area were not cleaned. I used them at 08.00am on the morning of 30th Sept and there were items of paper and other sanitary napkins on the floor.

I only stopped for tapas which was ok don't know anything else about the place..

we came in the morning at 3 there was no problem at this time to get a room. The condition was very courteous and friendly. simply great again.

Stayed as part of a cycling tour trip. Lovely building with nice staff. My room was very traditional with dark wooden walls - and sadly, insufficient lighting. This made it really hard to find anything in your suitcase (only stayed one night so didn't unpack), even with every available light on and window shutters open. Minor niggle ....

The young lady on reception, provided the most amazing service, nothing was too much trouble, and had the answers to everything, based on the service alone I will be back !

We had a lovely welcome form receptionist who was very helpful. Room quality was good, clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. Very good car parking considering the location in the middle of the town. Easy access to the centre. A visit to the cave dwellings by train is well worth doing.

The room was spacious, relatively new, cozy, clean, contemporary. The room was quite barebone. It didn't have any coffee, tea, which didn't bother me. It was not convenient that it didn't have electric kettle. But I was able to get some hot water from the hotel restaurant.

The premises are more than 100 years old and used to be a Palace for a family in Spanish nobility. Had a stay of a couple nights and the hotel, while simple was very comfortable and cozy. The room had an old style heater that was wall mounted. The bed was very comfortable and the extra blankets in the closet were handy given the night temperatures. Overall a very pleasant stay given the short trip.

Very central hotel, good reception and cleaning service. Large room, comfortable bed. The room was poorly soundproofed, you could hear the neighbors. The buffet breakfast service is a bit limited, although it is not expensive. Parking with very bad access. It is not a bad option if we want to spend a few days in Guadix.

I wanted to thank the staff for their kindness and treatment. The perfect Hotel: the room was clean and well-kept, spacious and comfortable. From the spa, I really liked the relaxing massage that my girl and I, 10, gave each other, congratulations on the service. And the building is an architectural gem.

The Hotel is very clean and the breakfast service is of very good quality. The truth is that the quality-price experience has been very good, the location is very well located and the receptionist and other employees are very pleasant. The spa is quite good. Recommended

Awkward sachets The stay was fine. Very friendly staff etc., and very clean rooms. Just a couple of small criticisms though. 1. There was no hand wash for the basin and 2. the bath gel/shampoo was in those awkward to open little packets! 3. No tea or coffee in the room. On another note. Great convenient place. Close to the centre and easy to access from the motorway. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms clean and all you need. Ample parking at the back.

There was no additional fee for my dog which was great! Check-in and check-out went super quick and smooth, I was allowed to stay 2 hours longer in the room also free of charge. I loved the bed and the pillows, everything was clean and simple. For a short stay perfect.

The most amazing service ever! We had the hotel booked for a trip related to the balloon experience. We had to cancel three times in a row, and the gentleman at the reception went above and beyond to make the necessary changes for us to be able to stay at the hotel.

Central hotel within easy walk of the cathedral etc. Restaurant at the side is very good value and nice food. Rooms are spacious and en-suites are modern with large shower cubicles. The strange thing was the lack of milk in the room- they provide a kettle, teas, coffee, sugar & sweetener but just give you 2 very small milk portions for when you arrive. Two things can be highly recommended here: the full blast of AC, which, unlike in other provincial Spanish towns, is completely in the guest’s control, and the cleanliness of the rooms, with a very efficient cleaning staff. Pilgrims from UK walking the Camino Mozárabe. Nice clean large hotel room, with lots of hot water! Food in the cafe/bar is not well cooked and very disappointing.

We used this hotel for an overnight stop on our way from Zaragoza to Almeria airport (picking someone up). Did not arrive till gone 9pm, but restaurant still open, had a great meal and some well deserved beers. Great find, very welcoming staff, everything in the room you would need and a great shower. Excellent value for money. Would use again if passing this way.

very spectacular natural valley with caves as hotel room. who loves nature will enjoy it. the Guy from The Hotel, Ramon was a charming man who helped us to feel comfortable. I would come back!

Lovely peaceful place to stay, especially welcome after the madness of the Alhambra. Guadix is not far away and worth a look. The kids loved the pool, I liked the coolness inside the cave. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful ambience, quirky get away for those wanting to experience something different. A lovely stay. We want to come back again and stay longer next time!

The hotel was somewhat disappointing, but very cheap. During our stay the electricity went off on several instances, and the humidity inside the caves was huge. The paint inside the caves felt really old, and in general the maintenance of our room could greatly be improved. The bed structure was terrible, really flimsy and noisy. Spent a night here just to try cave accommodations. Not regretting it. Staff was very friendly and dinner and breakfast were excellent. Nice views to many directions from the hotel area. Rooms were good and stayed warm even with outside temperatures below zero, but the air in the room was a bit bad (too much humidity or something).

Unique historic place to stay/live just like our ancestors did.
