The premises are more than 100 years old and used to be a Palace for a family in Spanish nobility. As a hotel they have kept that same old fashioned charm, unogradong/ installing ensuite bathroom, of course ! The historic premises are wonderful. Lovely staff too. The only downside was that we visited during a period of atrocious weather and it was rather cold at night . We should have asked for an electric heater to supplement existing heating in room. Overall a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Had a stay of a couple nights and the hotel, while simple was very comfortable and cozy. The room had an old style heater that was wall mounted. The bed was very comfortable and the extra blankets in the closet were handy given the night temperatures. Overall a very pleasant stay given the short trip.

Very central hotel, good reception and cleaning service. Large room, comfortable bed. The room was poorly soundproofed, you could hear the neighbors. The buffet breakfast service is a bit limited, although it is not expensive. Parking with very bad access. It is not a bad option if we want to spend a few days in Guadix.

I wanted to thank the staff for their kindness and treatment. The perfect Hotel: the room was clean and well-kept, spacious and comfortable. From the spa, I really liked the relaxing massage that my girl and I, 10, gave each other, congratulations on the service. And the building is an architectural gem.

The Hotel is very clean and the breakfast service is of very good quality. The truth is that the quality-price experience has been very good, the location is very well located and the receptionist and other employees are very pleasant. The spa is quite good. Recommended

the hotel very clean. The beds can be improved and so can the heating. The Spa cannot be considered a spa, it has 2 insignificant pools of hot and cold water. There are 3 jacuzzis, of which there is only one in operation and while we were bathing they added chlorine and we could not be inside. It stank of bleach and made a lot of foam. There was also no masseuse service. The girls at the reception were very friendly, but they did not inform us to see things of interest. There is no parking at the door and you have to carry your suitcases.

The hotel is good but the service not so much. I was told that dinner in the restaurant starts at 8:30 p.m. At that time I went down to the restaurant but the restaurant was not open. A few minutes later one of the waiters comes, annoyed because he had to come open the door. I do not recommend breakfast.

The hotel is nice, although our room wasn't exactly the same good looking as the picture but okay.
The jamon at the breakfast was horrible, and some eggs would be nice to have too...

My opinion is about the restaurant (I have not stayed at the hotel)
The food leaves a lot to be desired. You don't eat well. The kitchen team has a lot to improve. I neither recommend nor repeat.

A traditional hotel in which you can imagine boutgeois families and travellers rest. Rooms are spacious with big and so comfortable beds. Bathroom with a small bath and all amenities. They serve buffet at breakfast and everything is delicious. I just miss some vegetable milk for ones who has lactose intolerance. Near to anywhere in Guadix, you can start wonder from the Roman theatre or the Cathedral to the city centre

Quite interesting, our room was perfectly symmetrical, with a toilet and aircon on both sides. However, it needed upgrading. A tad old.
