The hotel facilities are relatively new and well-equipped. There was a decent variety at breakfast, but the food wasn't particularly good, and at 21.5 euros per person, it wasn't great value for money. The hotel seemed noticeably understaffed; room cleaning usually didn't happen until around 3 or 4 PM. Coming back to an uncleaned room, sweaty after a day out, was a very unpleasant experience. Hence, I can only give it four stars.

Pros: The room was spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. Toiletries and toothbrushes were provided, and the breakfast spread was generous.

Cons: The elevator didn't require a key card to operate, which felt like a security lapse. There were no tissue boxes in the room; after several calls, they sent small individual packs of tissues. Also, no complimentary bottled water was provided daily. The worst aspect was the cleanliness – there were stains on the sheets and duvet cover. When I brought it up with the front desk, they just looked blankly at me and didn't offer any solutions or apologies.

Location: It's about an 18-minute walk to Seville Cathedral and the Royal Alcázar, and roughly a 12-minute walk to Plaza de España (assuming 'Spanish Cathedral' meant Plaza de España). A popular Korean restaurant is about a 7-minute walk away. Getting to Plaza de Armas bus station by taxi takes around 12 minutes.

Nice hotel, clean and convenient, 10min walk to centre and also away from the noise.

It was very near from Spain Plaza and walking distance from main place for tourist in Seville. But the neighborhoods were not so attractive comparing to those of Cathedral and Alcazar.
My room was very spacious, most spacious among 7 hotels that I stayed in Spain. And hotel has nice rooftop pool and good restaurants for dinner and breakfast.
The only downside was the smell from the basin. It was common in Spain, because their buildings and pipes are old. But it was little but stronger than other hotels.
Anyway I can recommend this hotel to others.

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Spain, in terms of its facilities! The room was spacious, comfortable, and bright, with good soundproofing. They provided a wide range of amenities, including toothbrushes, slippers, and other disposable items. The internal facilities were comprehensive and modern. We were able to check in right at 2 PM, which was perfect as we arrived then. The only downside is there isn't a supermarket right downstairs; you have to walk a bit to find a MAS, and it was closed one evening when we went. The location is excellent, situated between Plaza de España and the Cathedral/Royal Palace, making everything within easy walking distance.

This is a relatively new hotel, and during my stay over Chinese New Year, it was almost exclusively occupied by Chinese guests.

The room was the largest I've ever stayed in among all Spanish hotels, probably over 30 square meters. There was easily enough space to open two 28-inch suitcases.

I probably arrived late, so I was given an accessible room right by the elevator. Although it faced the elevator, it was surprisingly quiet. However, when showering, water tended to splash around a bit, but not excessively.

Basic amenities were provided, including toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. They were travel-sized, which was convenient for taking with you. Other items like bathrobes and extra tissues were available upon request.

For a double room, the bed was made of two single beds pushed together, and the duvet was a rather inexplicable European style where the duvet insert is sandwiched between two sheets. 🙃

The location is quite convenient for getting around. The three main attractions – Plaza de España, the Royal Palace, and the Cathedral – are all within walking distance. Within a 10-minute walk, there are also many local restaurants with a lively atmosphere. I recommend a breakfast spot nearby called Bar Entrepuentes; the ham in their ham sandwich is incredibly fragrant!

Overall, there were some minor issues, but nothing major, and the advantages were quite significant. The high number of Asian guests also brought a sense of comfort and familiarity from a certain perspective. 😂

This modern hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the main attractions. The lobby is spacious, bright, and comfortable, and the staff are very polite. The rooms are also large with modern facilities. It was the only hotel on this trip that proactively provided toothbrushes, and also the only one that didn't offer complimentary drinking water. Breakfast is 20 euros, with a wide variety and good quality. It's also very convenient to get to both the bus and train stations.

Try the "Berenjenas fritas con Queso de cabra gratinado y Miel", fried eggplant with goat cheese and honey. Fantastic. Hamburguesa de buey, an open-faced meatball on bread, was tasty and perfectly cooked. Curry de pollo was something of a failure and obviously used pre-made curry powder.

If you're a foodie you must tey this place! My wife and I were visiting Spain for the first time and spent our first four nights in Madrid enjoying the vibrant foodie scene there. On the fifth day we took the train to Seville and had no reservations for any meals upon arrival. That first night was a Friday so all of the best spots recommended by various outlets were booked. Our hotel concierge suggested Ispal as a new place he had heard good things about but couldn't personally vouch for, and upon return to our hotel after dinner we couldn't wait to tell him to start recommending Ispal to everyone. We ordered the tasting menu for both of us but asked if they could modify the meatier courses for my wife who does not eat red meat while keeping to the script for my carnivorous self. The server did not bat an eye, the chef worked out clever and delicious solutions, and the entire production was seamless. Each course and any modifications were precisely described and delivered as if it was no trouble at all. It wasn't busy, so I wouldn't count on that flexibility in general, but it is an indication of just how sharp and attentive their team is. Neat vibe, awesome service, spectacular food. Do it!
