Laundry came back with other persons underwear in our room mixed in with our clothes. Staff was nice and attentive. However, the best was very uncomfortable. Location was centrally located.

We absolutely loved this place. Our room was in the first floor and the view to the Andalusia garden every time we open the door was magnificent.
Everyone was super helpful, especially Pablo and Estrella. Alba was sweet too

A very satisfying stay. The hotel is located in the center of Sainte-Croix Street, with an Arab courtyard style. The front desk is very friendly. There is free afternoon tea from 5 to 7 o'clock every day. Bicycles can be rented. The hotel also runs a restaurant. The garden atmosphere is very oriental, the menu is rich, and the prices are similar to those of restaurants outside.

This was a hotel we hastily booked when we suddenly had to stay an extra day in Seville. In fact, the room wasn't that big, and the only window was the hallway, so it was dark and old, but the staff were so kind and helpful, so it was a good memory. There was a restaurant on the first floor, and it seemed to be popular. (We didn't get to eat there.) Oh, and since we had to go to another area right away in the morning, we bought coffee on the first floor, and they gave it to us for free~~^^ I was so grateful!

Great staff, super helpful and generous with their recommendations for things to do or places to eat. Lovely coffee and Andalusian treats for free around tea time as well! Our only issue was they say their rooms are fully soundproof, which certainly isn’t true. Makes for occasional sleepless nights, which isn’t great on a holiday.

Cozy, charming, very clean, delicious breakfast and restaurant. Excellent location , The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful at every turn. We would highly recommend El Rey Moro when staying in Sevilla!

A charming oasis in the popular central district of Saint Cruz conveniently close to the Alcazar and the Cathedral. A well managed hotel, we enjoyed a well maintained room with a comfortable bed. The reception staff were particularly helpful.

We just left after staying four nights at this hotel. I am giving it five stars because the location was perfect, the hotel was clean, and I couldn’t believe the amenities for the price! The staff was also super helpful… the daytime manager helped us out so much when we were running late for our train! :) We never ate at the restaurant (just because we were out and about in the town most of the time), but the food smelled and looked delicious. It was really nice to be able to get a glass of wine anytime, even late at night after returning from a long day. And a place to fill our water bottles was amazing for those hot Andalusian summer days! Our room was pretty, the courtyard was beautiful, and our bed was comfortable. We also loved the beauty and energy of Sevilla, its culture, and its people. ♥️ 💃 🍷

If your a tourist please do not come and eat here owner is very rude , they confused our plates and came after to complain that we ate it . How are we supposed to know what our meal is? First time here ! Este lugar no sirve para nada la persona encargada tiene un actitude bien feo y la comida no sirve para nada te cobran por el estilo más que todo !

You can trust what I wrote. I will never ever visit this place again. I went to this place because I felt like having Ramen when I saw the picture of the Ramens which were outside of the restaurant. But when I tried to order it, they said they don't have it. Pretty ridiculous. FYI, They only have one type of Ramen. And I ordered Kyoza which was the worst Kyoza(5 pieces) of my life. It was the smallest and half full of air. (And it costs 5 euros. Genial!). If you are willing to get ripped off, this place is highly recommended. I give 1 stars because the servers were nice. But for the food I would definitely give none.

I am from Asia, of course Asia's people favourite mostly noodles soup. I was exited to find this restaurant closed to the hotel, how could I say. I never come back to this restaurant just because the soup wasn't taste, anyways hopefully they will cook by heart in the future.

The flamenco performance there was outstanding. They had male performers on at the time and the guy was really good at what he did. You could see from his every move that he was 110% in his own element.
Place itself is quite modest with long tables and cheap stools but i guess it gives it little bit of charm in a way.
Recommend this place for a visit if you are interested of some local culture.

It's not surprising that this place is recommended by all the guides. Here you can see flamenco for almost free. Of course it's full of tourists but it still an excellent place to discover flamenco at an affordable price. Come early if you want to have seats
