You could hear the entire conversation from the people in the room next to you, the rooms are old and the decoration is terrible

We stayed 3 nights here and it was very pleasant. Nice welcome, spotless rooms, good bathroom and a little balcony.
We had breakfast twice, pretty good value at €6 each.
It well located for transport, sights and shops, plus the market is right across the road. Really liked the whole town.

Very comfy and inexpensive hotel well located, with all amenities, including the choice of breakfast, in front of the Market place.

Old hotel which should be reformed, the bathroom tubes smell very badly and we got a room where the bathroom doors didn't close - horrible smell in all the room, and lack of intimacy. Moreover the bed was very short, it was uncomfortable for my 1.8m tall partner. At least we got another room after making a complain with normal doors so at least we could use bathroom with dignity and close the bad smell there. Not mentioning the noise from corridor. Better pay a bit more and book a more expensive hotel or airbnb.

Overall all good, smal and simple rooms yet all ok. Nice view from small balcony to city centre. Breakfast with not a lot of choice but for that price worth it with very good coffee.

So disappointing when we arrived . Sadly the reception staff were very mixed in their attitude and helpfulness. The lady on check out was lovely, some of the others , could. It have been more unwelcoming. We were on 5th floor , it needed updating , bare walls , the bathroom had a bath no screen or curtain so water went every where. The bath needed replacing and the grouting appalling . The ceiling tiles were a false ceiling and plaster was falling off the wall near one of the skirting Boards. On a positive side, the bed was hard but it was ok The breakfast was what finally broke me . I thought it was the usual choice of cereals , breads croissants etc, but no you could choose bread or a croissant, or cereals and possibly an omelette, but we were not offered anything hot. The toast came with the small plastic container with butter and jam. One female member of staff taking orders and serving and running around the hotel serving to rooms. What a complete waste of time. It was the worst breakfast I have ever had. I had a glass of water with mine. And had to ask for another to take a tablet . Come on, just lay a table and let people help themselves. The hotel have been told about these issues time and time again it seems and I am not even sure they read the reviews . Disliked · Everything apart from the view of the Church. I would never stay there again. Apart from walking from the car park with all our bags with the usual urine smell corridors in the car park and. 16 euros charge. If it had been England I would have demanded a refund . There were plenty of hotels at same price.

Perfect accommodation for location and service. The continental breakfast is complete and the coffee is prepared very delicious, it is not coffee from a buffet machine. The girls at the reception are very friendly and let us leave our suitcases until the night we left so we could continue sightseeing throughout the day.

We booked with booking indicating that we were going with two children and an 8-month-old baby. As a choice we had to choose a double bed or two beds, we chose a double bed. At no time were we informed that there was no availability of a double bed. When we arrived they told us that they had not put the crib in because we had not asked for it (it was not put anywhere but they did not even go to ask when they saw that there was a baby, as if most hotels indicate if it is an extra). And the worst thing is that they can't even put it on even if we pay the cost because they put it on in the morning! And they don't give us a double bed so we can put the baby between us... And of course, since the cancellation date has already passed, they don't give us a refund for the reservation. That is, the girl at the reception tells us that she is trying to help us but without giving us a single alternative... she still wanted the baby to sleep on the floor with a beautiful comment that what we expect is a two-star hotel! Incredible, I have not seen such a ridiculous thing in my life. I would have gladly paid the 22 euros that it said the crib cost extra per night, but of course I had to intuit that an accommodation accepts 3 pax, thinking that only 2 sleep... Oh and at the same time Asking if there was anything to heat water for the child's bottle, he told us that there was a Chinese supermarket nearby... Tremendously helpful. Please, families with children, refrain from going because, as their own staff indicates, what do you expect from a two-star hotel?

In my experience very good, the first night very quiet, comfortable, spacious bed, closet, suitcase holder, desk and TV, elevator. The bathroom was very good, quite new, the bathtub clean and the toilet disinfected, hygiene products. The correct reception. The 2nd night because I rebooked for 2 more nights, well it wasn't exactly a matter of the Hotel but, at approximately 0:45 in the morning you could hear some guys laughing and shouting with music I don't know if on the floor above... and Well nothing...couldn't sleep...and it lasted until around 2am or so, the next night he returned to normal. I would recommend it, if you have a lot of suitcases it is great because it is just a step away from the tram, from the entire Casco area.

Hotel located in front of the central market and a three-minute walk from Plaza de nostra Señora del Pilar. Hotel parking costs €17 per day but I arrived on a public holiday and parked for free behind the hotel in an orange zone. Small room and bathroom but equipped with everything. Good cleaning. Bathroom equipped with hairdryer and toiletries. There is air conditioning. In my room the TV didn't work and the shutter was blocked. Wi-Fi ok. The paid breakfast (€5.50) is not particularly varied but still satisfying. The very kind staff.
