Nice hotel very close to the center. Good staff and location. We will repeat it next time.

We enjoyed in general very much our stay. The place is comfortable and very convenient. Silent and near the river and main city center attractions. The breakfast very complete and worth it. The only thing was the heat at night in the room. We stayed for 4 nights and there was no AC because we were told that until the 15 of may they don't turn it on...

Arrived on a Saturday afternoon on the hottest day. Welcome service with a smile. Two night stay. Clean room, good amenities. Free coffee available 24 hours a day.
Great position to cross the bridge over to the cathedral. Perfect location.

Breakfast around the corner next to Mercadona. 7 tapas for 6€. Perfect.

Would certainly stay again.

Really nice hotel for such a good price. This is the second time I have stayed & I will certainly be returning. Very comfortable well equipped room with friendly staff. It's also a nice relaxing experience in the lounge downstairs. Always enjoy walking out the front door & taking in the beauty of El Pilar. Thanks again & hopefully see you again soon!

They helped me a lot with a minor problem I had with the room. The staff was very friendly and attentive and there was a very rich breakfast.

We stopped for a rest stop on our way from Madrid to Andorra. The hotel's location is fantastic, with the beautiful cathedral just outside. We arrived in the evening and were walking the city. There were at least three police cars parked along the road, which made us feel incredibly safe! The room was a bit small, but for the price, why bother with bikes? At least the chain's standards are pretty consistent! The check-in staff was average... they asked for my Madrid postcode and phone number... I've never been asked for these things before when checking in??? Parking requires scanning a QR code at the front desk, and exiting the garage also requires a manual code entry. We didn't realize it, thinking it would open automatically once we drove in, but we realized we had to enter a code. The garage door isn't a roller shutter, but an automatically opening gate, which almost hit our car as we were driving up the slope. And the water level in the room was incredibly low... I've never encountered such a low level of water before.

Very spacious, clean room with enviable views, just a stone's throw from the historic center.
The parking is expensive compared to other hotels, although the area is very difficult to park, so it's worth it.
The bed was quite noisy, and the pillows could be improved, or at least better.
A glass and some amenities would have been appreciated to improve the stay.

The location is very good. You can see the Pilar Church across the stone bridge when you open the door. There are buses to the Alcázar and the train station at the door. The drinks in the coffee machine are free. I slept very well. I like this kind of chain hotel very much.
