Great location and great hotel

Terrific location!! Beautiful lobby. Room was kinda bare, modern - as things go nowadays. Plenty of outlets! Didn’t realize our double beds actually equal 2 singles. As happens often during this trip in Spain, if front desk person is a woman, they’re very helpful, chipper and clear (make sure I understand) when men tend to be helpful but more buttoned up, less clear.

The property was great, and breakfast was lovely. I only stayed one night, but I was able to walk to several shopping and dining areas during my stay. The only complaint is that the room I had clearly had previous water damage, and the floor in front of the bathroom was soft, but it was otherwise perfect for a one night stay. The automatic blinds that opened up to the balcony and plaza was the best part.

Good location. Hotel needs improvement
Good location.
But the rooms are outdated and needs some repair. The cleaning was below standard unfortunately.
Is ok for short stays… if no other viable option, would stay again.

The location is excellent if you are interested in the Cathedrals.

Very historic facility but clean. Not advisable for older folks because the parking is a little bit far that you need to bring your luggage and walk. 😊

The hotel is a bit dated but clean enough. The location could not be better. My room was a small single room and no view, but there’s so much and do to see close by you wouldn’t want to spend much time in the hotel. It had a restaurant tagged on one side and a cafe bar tagged on the other. Would stay again for the price great value.

"This hotel does not have its own parking, yet they announce as having "parking included". I booked a reservation thinking the hotel included parking in the price, but it does not: what there is is an underground public parking lot next to the hotel, and they validate your parking ticket with a slight discount (a 3€ discount on a 23€ fee, in my case). Saying that this hotel includes parking is disingenuous announcing. For this reason, they get a 2 star review for what would have been a solid four star review.

All you can eat restaurant with Spanish and sea food. Large variety of meals and good quality of food. Would recommend an increase in quality of desserts. Great location.

Excellent central location nearby main attractions in Zaragoza.. reasonable food for the price (13eur), great variety but not so good quality.. desserts also not surprising at all..
