Was helped a lot by Malo, the nice lady at the reception who was very courteous My experience at Cesearaugusta was exceptional. The rooms were nice, and the location was ideal near to coffee shops and also the supermarket. Special commendation goes to Malo at the morning shift and a younger lady(Alba I believe )at the evening shift at the reception desk, whose courteous assistance significantly enhanced my stay. 🏨✨😊

Very basic hotel, would not consider it a 3 star hotel. The room had no fridge, no iron, no nothing. You get AC, which is great in the summer, and a bed with the thinnest hardest pillows that gave us a terrible neck pain.

All the staff was really nice and welcoming, especially Maru. She went above and beyond. All were great.

If you want to sleep., don't choose this hotel.
The walls are paper thing, you can hear everything, from People walking the hallway, to people going at it, loudly, for hours in the next door room.
Also the windows shades did not work, so we could not make the room. Dark when sleeping.
The shower head holder was broken, and had been broken before, but "fixed" badly.
The staff was kind, but English is not really a thing here.
The positive thing is, the room was really clean. So thumbs up for. The cleaning staff.
The breakfast buffet is also good, with a selection of hot food, bread and lots of cake.

It’s a basic hotel located quite central. It was good value for money.

I don’t trust trip for fligh booking with vueling air lines as I purchase ticket and I been on time after that that don’t make my refound money for stupid manner

The only good thing about this hotel is the friendly person at the front desk. The room was awful. On entering, one is met with a powerful and sickening odor of cheap, rose-scented cleaning products. It's unbearable; I had to immediately open the window and leave it open all night. And still, that nauseating smell lingered ... in the room, on my clothes. In addition to that, the noise of the air-conditioner and the screaming children next door through the paper-thin walls made sleeping in impossible. And then, the cold, white, harsh, fluorescent light everywhere ... why? It's awful. I deeply regret staying here.

The hotel is in a good location, convenient for travel, and the nearby neighborhoods are also good for breakfast. You can walk to the Sagrada Familia, the pedestrian street, and Casa Batt. The service is a bit indifferent, but it is no problem to communicate slowly. The facilities are not comparable to those of domestic hotels, but they are acceptable.

The room is bigger than I imagined, everything is in good condition, the only bad thing is that behind the TV there is only one plug and to be able to put something on the TV I had to move it to the other end to be able to connect another cable like for example the one from Play, but otherwise excellent.
