If it had been a lower rating, I would have given this hotel a lower rating.
We booked two rooms for 150 euros per night.
While arriving from Belgium, we encountered heavy traffic in France, which made it difficult for us to reach the hotel before 11:30 p.m. We contacted the reservations manager to change our arrival time or cancel, but he didn't communicate well because he didn't speak any of the language.
In the end, we slept in the car, and the money was wasted.

Brilliant accommodations 15 min walk from city centre. Plenty of bars in the area. Exceptionally clean.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Shower over bath and cleaned daily. About 10 minute walk into historical Burgos square with attractions cathedral, bars and restaurants.

WATCH OUT
I booked the place online and when I arrived late in the evening, my room was rented out to someone else!
In order to avoid sleeping on the street, I had to stay in a extremely expensive hotel, which I had to pay on my own.
By the way, status on the booking portal still tells me, “booking is guaranteed”.
