Hotels in Burgos

Very different to the B&B Hotels I am used to. I realise that it's recently opened so I assume it will improve. A microwave in the dining area would be a treat. Not everybody suffices on pot noodles 😉

Very friendly staff Very good breakfast ! Underground parking, 12 € per day. It is on level -3, so not easy to drive into for unexperienced drivers. I was in a suite on floor 11. Airco was off, so very hot in the room. Also sometimes noice from some machines on the roof, I had to use earplugs to be able to sleep. But the room was very nice and clean.

The reception staff were indifferent. The room didn’t have the size of bed I requested. Reception didn’t pick up the phone when I called. When I was moved to another room (eventually), it too had the wrong type of bed.

Close your door from inside During the afternoon, when I come back from the city I saw a two grups of poeple making check in. I went to my room and I close with security. While I was there there were some people trying to open my room, I go and open the door and said there is some one I think you were wrong with your room number, but they have the same room number as me, but they key doesn't work....

Mordern styled hotel in a goof location just a few minues walk from the main square. Underground paking availble for arounf €15. However the garage is extremely tight. Modern rooms but didn't find the bed comfortable.

Easy to get in by car. It's a few minutes walk from the historical city center. The breakfast was quite mediocre though.

The hotel needs a renovation. The beds are hard and furniture is uncomfortable. Did not get housekeeping service. I visited the hotel 3 years ago and is not the same. I will stay elsewhere for my next visit.

Very friendly welcome by one particular individual although rest of the reception staff not particularly friendly. Room was nice but twin beds touching and not easy to move. The coffee machine was broken and rather than replace it we had to request hot drinks from reception. Overall a good hotel in a central location.

The stay was okay but I have to mention multiple downsides. CONS: - the parking is expensive (16.50€ per night), there is no surveillance and the path leading downstairs is very narrow. I booked this hotel for a stopover during a road trip, planning to arrive at the hotel—myself, my 7 and 13-year-old children, and I—take a dip in the pool, and then go out for dinner in town. It is the best-located hotel to walk to the Brgos Cathedral and city centre attractions. It has a luxurious atmosphere and is a clean hotel. You have to pay for parking, but you can find free parking around the hotel. But need to check with the hotel.

Comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff, and secure parking for our motorbikes. The catedral burger was phenomenal, never had a burger like it.

The hotel is very conveniently located, we also appreciated the private parking with an electric charge for our car. The fitness and pool are nice, we will definitely come again and take more time to enjoy the hotel.

Room was very warm, pillows uncomfortable. Good location near Burgos cathedral - cathedral gives a pilgrims blessing with holy water for those interested in the Camino. Many nearby eateries, safe, but thermostat sis not work. Burgos cathedral is very nearby, and neighborhood feels safe.

Despite having four stars, the quality was not more than three stars. The state of the rooms was ok, but details such as the bedside light fixture hanging loose brought down the appearance. Great location within 10 minutes of Cathedral and restaurants. No AC in mid-April and window did not open so it was a bit warm during heat wave. Beautiful foyer and lots of sitting areas. Only 1 slow elevator. Breakfast was ok and very crowded.

It's close to the station, just a few minutes away from the bus. The room next to the road is a bit noisy. It's convenient but at the same time sacrificing the environment. Overall, it's OK. If you're traveling, it's recommended to choose a quieter room.

Staff on check in were very professional and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. It’s great to have a choice of dining in the restaurant or cafeteria onsite. Free parking also right outside the reception area. This is my 4th stay and still just as good. We will definitely be back again.

Spacious room and clean. Ideal stopover on way to Santander ferry. The continental breakfast was good. Used the bar/cafeteria for quick meal. Good for the price, no frills approach but friendly and adequate.

Good location, easy parking next to the hotel

There is free parking at the entrance of the hotel, it has its own restaurant, and there is not much to do around. The room is a bit old-fashioned, but the space is large, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is good.

Fourth stay here and already looking forward to returning a fifth time. Convenient location for travelling up from Portugal to the UK. Rooms are of a high standard, friendly staff (particularly restaurant staff) who offer great service, and absolutely delicious food. You must visit!

This was just an overnight stop so all it was required was a clean room and decent breakfast in the morning. Achieved all my needs. I had the cathedral view and it was very nice.

The price quality of this hotel is outstanding. We paid almost nothing and got so much in return. I know it was in low season, but still was amazing. I really liked the city and hope to be back again soon. The room was really clean, the reception was nice and the staff was very accommodating and with a great service. I was on business trip and required a Hotel, just for a overnight stay. The Hotel is centrally located, 10min walk to Downtown Burgos. (which is a lovely little old town). You can book a parking for 11Euro per night, which is ok. I parked outside, there are plenty spots for little money available. June 1-3, 2025. Quiet rooms with excellent A/C and blackout blinds. Full bath includes a tub. Beds are comfortable and room was spacious and nicely decorated. One of the best sleeps I’ve had since starting the Camino. Breakfast buffet was good. Restaurant wasn’t open during our stay so can’t comment. Staff are friendly.

It's an excellent hotel for the price. 10 minutes walk from the old city, so restaurants and shops are easy to find. What I really appreciated was just how helpful the staff were.

The hotel is clean but the building is quite old. The location is ok but not so close to the old town which is the the best part of the city. We were looking for restaurants and shops where yo buy free gluten products but none in the hotel reality helped us on that. We expected more in terms if services and facilities from a 4 stars hotel

Perfect location. Nice bed and shower so for 1 night it was ok. However overpriced if you need a longer stay it may be better checking in on another place. Staff were nice specially the 2 ladies running a super busy breakfast hour.

If it wasn't for the excellent service and information from Juani on reception this would have been a one star review. The bed was heavily worn and sank to one side, there was no shower pressure, the bath handle was loose so unsafe to use, the sink tap was loose and had no plug.

Decent option on a budget Basic but comfortable room with en-suite bathroom. The room stayed warm throughout the night, which was necessary given the temperatures outside dropped to -5°c during my stay. Staff at the front desk and café area were very helpful. One negative point - the wi-fi did not function for the duration of my stay.

Really beautiful hotel, very large and warm rooms with heating and Aircon. Excellent breakfast, only 5 mins walk from the old town, parking underground opposite the hotel, 13 Euro charge, the hotel reception has the key fob to enter the carpark. Dog friendly 7 euro per day per dog. Little treat in the room for the dog. Highly recommend this hotel.

The check in staff member was excellent. He was very welcoming, and wet over and above to meet our needs, and those of our dogs, as did the check out lady too. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was massive and comfortable. There was even a dog bed, and treats for them in the room on arrival, which went down well! The parking was close by and we could unload by the door before parking.

A small clean hotel. A single room is very small including the bathroom. My room faced the street and I heard people talking clearly. Quiet at night except the occasional passerby was heard. The tub/shower unit is unsafe if you have mobility issues-you have to step over a high tub surround. The tub walls are narrow. If you have size or have weight issues this room is not for you. Great service and well kept rooms. The air conditioner was not working but must be off during the fall. Not an issue this time of year great big windows that we could open to let the nice fresh air. A fantastic location in the old part of town. You can walk everywhere to see the historical church and many other things. Highly recommended you will not be desapointed.

This hotel is a little gem. The room I stayed in was a basic twin with a shower room, not a small shower either. Hair dryer ladies, always a plus point. The staff I dealt with were pleasant, friendly always a smile too. Would I recommend this hotel???? Damn right I would every day and twice on a Sunday, I will be back, Burgos Cathedral is a good half hour walk but worth it.

Perfect service and very nice room with a private terrass. We had a very delicious dinner and a bottle of vino tinto. This place exceeded my expectations in many ways. Dog friendly, easy parking, nice bar and restaurant. Only downside was a very simple breakfast. With better breakfast i'd give 5stars. Now i give 4,5 stars. Good job Los Braseros. This was a nice hotel/restaurant to stop at on our drive from Madrid to/from San Sebastián. We actually ate at the bar twice. They have a nice informal menu. Check out the hotel lobby. It’s beautiful. I imagine local couples using this setting for a wedding.

Was just a stop over for us going to San Sebastian from Madrid. Good food and nice outdoor area. Large area that's good for a walk in between a long drive.

The location is right next to a major road, and when leaving the main carriageway the entrance will catch you out as it is literally 5m from the start of the exit slip road. The building is amazing, and at first glance it appears excellent. However, our visit was completely spoiled by poor customer service. Great location close to Burgos Cathedral. Also very close to bus station. Rooms are decent size. Bathrooms are modern however a swinging door (ours didn’t quite land in the closed position). Stayed on the 4th floor and only had a skylight, which ended up leaking when a heavy thunderstorm rolled thru. The cafe’ in the lobby is good and great service there! Good way to start the morning.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, gigantic bathroom! No complaints from this Peregrino! We were able to reserve for 2 nights through their website the day of arrival, and have been very happy with our accommodations! Sure, the carpet is a little worn in spots, the wallpaper is having issues here and there, and the walls are a little thin, but it was a very comfortable stay - in a very convenient location

Popular hotel well-located across the river from the casco antiguo of Burgos. Would work well as a stopping place during your camino.

Don't go in winter: heater problem. They put heaters at 25C or 30C I think, you cannot put them out. Window open means lots noise from industrial area. Good hotel but too bad: impossible to sleep with so much heat, no air and loud noise

A quaint period design hotel nead the beautiful old town. It has a lift and airconditioning. The corridors and rooms are tiled...which makes it a very noisey hotel. Doors are slam shut.....so late night arrivals and early risers will wake you up. There are only net curtains...no blackout ones... The breakfast priced at just under €10 is a very basic buffet. Tea/coffee is available 24hrs from machine...

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was tremendously helpful and kind. Our room was small but well equipped, and a nice view from the balcony. Also really enjoyed the breakfast.

The location of the hotel is very close to the center of Burgos Old Town, a 5-minute walk away, so it is in a good location, and you can park your car safely in the dedicated parking lot.

The staff are friendly and the location is good. You can walk along the river and through a very nice park to get to the town center. The hotel room itself is a bit more like a 2 or 2.5 stars as it is a bit old and outdated. The entire room also smelled like cleaning products, suggest to air out the room first or spray it with some air refresher.

Nicely appointed room with comfortable beds. It’s situated above a large restaurant. I asked a room with a view but instead I was given attic room with a light window in the ceiling.

We were driving to Bilbao to catch the ferry and wanted to break the journey. Hotel was lovely, staff so friendly, the area is full of history and lovely to walk around. We ate in the restaurant and the steaks were mouth watering lying delicious as was the bread! Definitely would recommend it.

We liked this little hotel. I only gave 3 stars for location as it is a good walk into town, although that suited us. We had been on the motorbike for a few hours so wanted the exercise. It is a nice walk into town along part of the Camino, and along a linear path. Loads of parking spaces. Our room overlooked our parking space.

Hotel is nicely kept - modern, clean and spacious. The cloister area linked to the hotel makes it a unique staying experience. It is within walking distance to the old town, very convenient indeed. Reception staff was most friendly and helpful. We even had a dinner at the restaurant. Good value for money. And they start serving dinner at 7pm! A big plus for me.
