Had a small but very clean room with a comfortable bed in a quiet place for a good nights sleep. Judit was very pleasant and helpful at the front desk even though I arrived early. The Camino passes right by the front door.

Sometimes you feel lucky to get out alive: I always have that feeling if I stay in an ‘interior’ room - that is - one with no window to the exterior. I think that this sort of room is a fire and a ventilation hazard. The room was cramped, and the shower/toilet space was also cramped. The breakfast is only available after 8pm, so it little use is you are walking the camino and want to start at 7am. It is well located, and clean, and the staff friendly.

My stay at Hotel Jacobeo in Burgos was a pleasant part of my Camino de Santiago journey. The hotel is well-priced and excellently located in the historic center, close to restaurants and shops, which made exploring the city very convenient. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The room was reasonably comfortable. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, combining cost-efficiency with a prime location. Recommended for pilgrims looking for a restful stop in the heart of Burgos.

Hotel very well located in the center but without noise. Pleasant staff. Parking 3 minutes walk away and possibility of parking in front of the hotel to unload. Cleanliness in the room and common areas. Comfortable bedding.

Due to unforeseen changes to our plans we stayed here for two nights. We were charged €100 a night to stay in a small, basic room, underground with only a window to an air duct. If you absolutely have no choice, then go for it, otherwise I would recommend looking elsewhere, especially at the ridiculously high prices we had to pay.

It is a hotel that is only for sleeping. You have to be clear about this before booking. It is not for living in the room since it is small and with hardly any outside lighting. If you are clear about this, the cheap price and excellent location are its strong points. The receptionist was super friendly.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been in. How can you not do minimal wall insulation? It is impossible to sleep simply: you hear perfectly how someone is brushing their teeth, someone is talking, someone is coughing all night, and in the morning the cleaners are screaming at the top of their lungs. Thanks to the hotel for spoiling our two night stay in Burgos. If you want to spoil your trip to Burgos, you can choose this hotel.

I paid 110 euros for a 10m2 underground bedroom with no windows!...just an opening in the wall leading straight to the dinning room where from 8am you're awaked by the people having breakfast.

I spent a couple nights here, nice stay. The location is close to everything downtown Burgos.

Excellent interior at dining room, classy and understated. Business room was very small but had hot water in the shower and the door locked twice. Staff was very nice and helpful. Could use a minor makeover but for a quick stay or somewhere that's not a municipal for a night on the Camino, it'll do.

Everything is fresh and homemade including the pasta and the icecream which seems to be unusual in Italian restaurants these days. The strawberry icecream clearly has really strawberries in it. One star list for service. I think it was the first night for our server and she was doing well. There was an older man who was "helping" but he kept making mistakes.
