A very central yet quiet hotel with excellent service and comfortable, clean rooms. The restaurant offers delicious food, and in summer, the picturesque terrace is a great place to end the day. A real hit!

Excellent service, fantastic cleanliness, and a wonderful room on the same floor. It solved something a little unexpected for us. The location was perfect, so we didn't have to worry about the car moving, and all at a price commensurate with the quality.

This was an overnight stay while driving around northern Spain.
Check-in was quick and easy. There’s a set down area near the hotel’s front entrance.
As it was a quick stop for us, we only booked a basic room. Clean and comfortable. While some might find the room size a bit tight initially, if you open your luggage and slide the bags under the bed you can easily move around the room.
Our room faced the internal courtyard. While the window could be opened, there wasn’t really a lot of fresh air moving through the room. Also, despite changing settings on the air-con system there was little to no meaningful effect.
There is parking under the hotel. The entrance is just to the left of the hotel entrance. Please be warned that access is very tight!! Our rental car was a late model Citroen C4 (a medium sized SUV). Even with all the warning sounds and reverse camera, it still took a while to park the vehicle. If you take care, you’ll be fine.
Breakfast was varied and of good quality.
The hotel is situated about 10-15mins level walk to the sights of the old town.

Mordern styled hotel in a goof location just a few minues walk from the main square. Underground paking availble for arounf €15. However the garage is extremely tight. Modern rooms but didn't find the bed comfortable.

Easy to get in by car. It's a few minutes walk from the historical city center. The breakfast was quite mediocre though.

When you book a hotel with air conditioner, you expect to sleep with air conditioner. You spend the whole day outside and just want to have a nice rest at night. It turns out that they turn off the a/c precisely at night, when you most need it. I had to wake up at midnight to go down to the lobby to report the a/c was not working. The response was that they turn it off at night and that I should open my window (meaning have all the light enter my room early and have the noise disturb us). This is not what I paid for. Had an awful night. I noticed several rooms had their windows open and you could see the people sleeping with no privacy. I do not recommend the hotel.

The hotel needs a renovation. The beds are hard and furniture is uncomfortable. Did not get housekeeping service. I visited the hotel 3 years ago and is not the same. I will stay elsewhere for my next visit.

Very friendly welcome by one particular individual although rest of the reception staff not particularly friendly. Room was nice but twin beds touching and not easy to move. The coffee machine was broken and rather than replace it we had to request hot drinks from reception. Overall a good hotel in a central location.

The stay was okay but I have to mention multiple downsides.
CONS:
- the parking is expensive (16.50€ per night), there is no surveillance and the path leading downstairs is very narrow. The walls show marks from different cars.
- I had to request a room change twice. The first room was already occupied by another person. The second room had a bathtub full of body hair. The third room was finally ok. I have wasted 40 minutes before finally getting my room and I have received no compensation offer, only the apologies of the receptionist
- room walls must have been fairly thin since I could hear everything happening outside and in the adjacent rooms
PROS:
- staff is friendly and polite
- restaurant dinner was tasty except for dessert, below average
- breakfast was good and presented a good number of options
- location is good, basically in the city centre

We stopped in Burgos for 36 hours on our Camino and went here three times! Probably our favorite menu del dia we've had after three weeks in spain. It's a bit pricier than most at 14 euros but well worth it. Staff was friendly but a bit overworked during busy times. Looks popular with locals. Highly recommended!
