Pros: freezing AC, very comfortable bed and room, very clean room and premises, central location
Cons: long delays for responses from property owner, no way to reach them. Parking is extremely challenging. By the time the owner responded we had already found El Miradero parking garage, which is the most convenient but two flights of stairs and 2 blocks away. The parking options should have been provided prior to arrival.
Only received restaurant recommendations (2) because we asked. Other locations leave a list of options in the room, with 2 waters, which is greatly appreciated after a long trip.

Amazing place!
We were amazed about this place. Our room was perhaps the most beautiful one we had during on our two weeks roundtrip. Be sure to check in before you come, though. There is no staff, and we were lucky that another guest was there to let us into the hall, so we could register inside and not on the street with all our belongings.

Reservation service poor service, we waited more than 45 minutes to request a key, the customer service very poor service

This is our second time staying at this property. We love it because it's very private, there's no noise, it's super quiet, and the facilities are beautiful. Plus, it's not far from downtown Toledo. Highly recommended, really.

Good, but
another if these places with no receptionist but key card admission via whatsapp, not so easy standing in the rain trying to get your mobile to work. No towel rails in the bathroom, a definite minus. Outside door had to be forced shut, which some other guests didn't bother to do, another minus.

Amazing... The hotel it's beautiful and quiet, I liked the room and everything it was very clean. I will be back :)

The room was small, although the problem more than that is the lack of storage space in it, and when you put 1 suitcase on the floor it is already uncomfortable to move from one side to the other.
There was little ventilation in the room and it was hot, we had no option to put air as it came out hot and this made the nights quite unbearable.
You could hear a lot of people in the room above.
The pillows were quite high and hard and this did not favor the rest much either.
Otherwise the hotel is nice and clean.

We have spent a few days in Toledo in this hotel and we have loved it, the hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, clean and decorated with great taste.
Varied breakfast.
It is in a very quiet area, in the center but outside the most touristic area, although it can be accessed by taking a walk.
There is a car park not far away where we leave the car, but the truth is that there is a good chance of parking on the same street in the orange zone.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent Resturant. The venison stew was delicious as was a mixed salad and a sirloin of pork. Really friendly and helpful service. All for a reasonable price. Highly recommend it!!

Came to Toledo on a one day trip from Madrid and went here for a few drinks but was eager to try the desserts selection. It was delicious and if ever visited this area again in the future, we would be coming back. Very great value for money and lovely calm atmosphere. Staff were always happy to help and answered any queries we had about the menu. 5/5
