Very expensive for what they offer

AWFUL. Clearly there has a maintenance problem. Zero amenities, so uncomfortable beds and poor quality (felt dirty). We got no rest.

We arrived on a Sunday and they wanted all our contacts details and passports. I understand passports but why do they need phone and email. These days with the amount of cyber attacks and data leak, I don't trust them to keep the data safe.

Good location, good service, and good price. Spacious room with a small kitchenette.

The room is large and has a refrigerator, induction cooker, and microwave. It is very quiet at night. The location is very convenient and close to the bus and subway. There is a restaurant downstairs and a store nearby.

We invite the company to dinner, and it seemed to me carisimo, the meat is good, but if you advertise as the best burger in the world put the expectations too high, do a burger of 8 cm with a sauce, and 4 potatoes for 16€? Not worth it by far. I will not return.

Burgers of lower quality than that advertised by all parties. There are a lot better in Madrid.

The modern décor, the attention quite correct, and the count in the letter with any product quite eccentric (a hamburger with gold laminate and truffle) are circumstances that have elevated their status.
