Everything was fine, I just didn't like that they removed the lemon water dispenser from the reception hall at night
The hotel looks nice. The problem is that the walls are paper-thin and it's very noisy.
The hotel's facilities and buffet are not up to 4-star standards. The breakfast buffet was repetitive and poorly suited for celiac sufferers, with only three pastries placed next to cereals and cookies containing gluten, which people mistakenly take because they weren't properly labeled and separated. The buffet staff were quite rude when we asked about gluten-free options. They told us they had no...
It is a little distance from the ancient city, and it takes 15-18 minutes to walk to the city gate. The scenery is good, and you can overlook the entire ancient city from the guest rooms and breakfast restaurant. Breakfast was 13 euros, which was OK. The room is relatively large
A nice stay. The bed is super comfy.
We were a large group of 21. Paola at the front desk greeted us and welcomed us immediately. Even though we arrived earlier than check in, she was ready for us. She was very kind, informative, and helped with all the information we needed for the bus. The walk to the main plaza is a good 20-25 min uphill walk (it is very hot here) and after doing that once, I asked for the bus details. The breakfast...

Staying at Hotel Eurostars Palacio Buenavista felt like a quiet retreat. The little town itself is peaceful and noticeably cleaner than many other Spanish towns I’ve visited, which immediately set a pleasant tone for the stay. Everything felt orderly and calm, without the usual bustle. One thing I appreciated right away was the underground car park located directly beneath the hotel. It made arriving...
The room is big and clean. The hotel is well decorated and we enjoyed the stay. Parking fee is expensive for the location, you can find a free parking spot outside and it’s safe.
Lovely hotel only a little far from the city. Would return.
Classy hotel, located in a quiet location. It features big rooms, big bathrooms and a nice eating area. Only 3 stars because of the paying parking (11 euros per day) and rather high breakfast price (20 euros per person).
Positives: - The hotel lobby is very luxurious! - pool is nice. - room is spacious - very friendly personnel. Negatives: -Location is far from the center with very poor bus connections. - Very basic amenities in the room, if you need extras you have to go to the reception. - The bed pillows smelled really bad. After contacting reception 3 times they were finally changed. - Room cleaning service just...

It's very outdated. The facilities aren't bad, but the passage of time is very noticeable. I used to go to this hotel more than 30 years ago, and it's practically the same. On the other hand, the breakfast didn't seem to offer particularly high-quality products.
The rooms were large and clean, but somewhat outdated. The bathtub was very old and the shower screen leaked... and there were very few electrical outlets. Furthermore, the only breakfast option was a buffet. If you want something simpler, there are no options, which I find regrettable.
Everything was fine, we were very comfortable.
Great Hotel with good amenities and friendly staff.
Excellent family atmosphere, the buffet food was 10/10, we would return, the service was very good
It's not far from Toledo's old town, and the parking lot is large and free. The lobby is really spacious, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The elevators are old and a bit noisy. The room decor is rather dated, and the pillowcases had stains. Breakfast was crowded; there wasn't a single Asian face, only white people, mostly older.

Stunning views! Ideal for stargazing and seeing Toledo at night. The hotel is old but well-maintained and clean. Cozy bedding and secure windows made for a comfortable stay. One tip: the entrance is a bit tight, so large cars might have some trouble.
Maybe it wore five stars proudly when it first opened; now it’s a little road-worn, a little tired, but like any good old girl, that just adds to the charm. It’s a great place to stay: friendly staff, perfect location, and rooms that are large, comfortable, and built for actual living, not just sleeping. I brought my own coffee maker to make peace with the morning gods, but even without it, this place...
A hotel with stylish design, great rooms, and stunning views. Unfortunately, service is poor: empty minibar, Wi-Fi through reception, and the 24/7 café was closed. Lovely surroundings and fair price, but be prepared for limited food and drinks. The Hotel is a bit tired, but we liked it. I hope the management will make some changes and improve small issues.
We stayed for only one night during a motorcycle tour. The staff are very friendly and understanding where Spanish is not your first language. The room was excellent, spacious and with an excellent view of Toledo Old Town. Breakfast was good also.
In my opinion this is a 3, maximum 4 star hotel, not 5. As I mentioned already, I would advice fixing the screeching noises of the rolling toaster instead of simply living with it. Most guest probably do not enjoy it for breakfast. I would also focus on fixing the clogged bathroom sinks and cleaning the glass promenade that is full of dry rotten leaves.
We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.  The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.  Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although...

The location is excellent. The room facilities are complete and clean. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, greeting us every time we enter or leave the hotel. A very satisfactory stay.

The room was clean, the building is so authentic! The view is spectacular.
Although the hotel is located a bit far from town and requires a car, the parking lot is spacious, and the view of town from the hotel is absolutely stunning. The rooms are also very clean and tidy. I highly recommend staying here.
This is a great hotel for families. The Superior Room offers such a great view of Toledo that you won't need to venture to the observation deck. Parking is also free, so you won't have to worry about the hassle.
The location was great. If you're staying at a Parador, I highly recommend getting a room with a city view.
I loved being able to enjoy the stunning night view of Toledo. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. This was my first time staying at a Parador, and I was extremely satisfied!
The environment is beautiful, the hotel decoration is very elegant, and the location is especially good. You can overlook the ancient city of Toledo. The accommodation experience is great! It has received unanimous praise from the whole family. There is a parking lot, which is very convenient

The hotel is located outside the old town of Toledo, a 5-minute walk from the Pisagra Gate to enter the old town, and it is also very convenient to walk to attractions such as the cathedral.
I forgot to take pictures of the hotel interior, but the environment was very nice. We stayed in a triple room with a child; the child's bed was spacious with guardrails on both sides. The adult bed was also quite comfortable. The service was excellent; the front desk had water and snacks and could help call a taxi. Location out of city walls, up hill to get into old town. Breakfast poor and crowded. Rooms spacious and comfortable.
Clean, convenient off-street parking, walking distance to tourist spots.
The room I was assigned was next to the elevator, the ceiling was like this, and the hotel was not fully booked that day, and there was a smell of kitchen fumes in the room
Good hotel with clean room and shower room.Private car parking at the hotel cost 14 euro per day and you can access as many times as you want within a day. But be careful of the second floor of the garage, it's very tight space.

Excellent with clean and quiet environment. The front desk is Excellent too. We can keep the luggage in hotel after checking out. The private carpark is convenient for parking the car. Highly recommended.
Stayed here for a night. A very "woody" hotel, everything was wood. Didn't know how to operate the air-conditioning and it kept producing heat. Too hot at night so we opened the windows to sleep since it was about 6 degrees outside. They had a jacuzzi bathtub but we didn't use it. Lobby was decorated nicely.
The hotel is small but charming, very complete and comfortable, with a refrigerator, a 2-meter bed and a 50-inch TV, highly recommended.
The room for two nights was a good size with a comfortable bed, it was quiet and the was bathroomwas also a good size. The hotel is very unique, like a boutique hotel which is what we desired. It’s a perfect hotel , the room is clean , comfort and has a good view. The hotel is close to everything in Toledo and near the lake . The best thing that they made an excellent breakfast but the dinner I don’t recommend. Highly recommend to try it .

Quaint hotel with stunning views. Bit of a walk 28 to 35 minutes depending on your pace. The staff are so wonderful ❤️ wish there was a kettle in the room.
Nice hotel but rooms were very hot. AC did very little. Also the beds only had a comforter, no sheet. So that was was too warm as well. I can’t imagine how warm it would be in summer. Staff seemed nice.
Toledo is an ancient wall city with virtually no parking and a tremendous amount of up and down tiny cobblestone streets. We’d liked this hotel because it was roughly 1 mile from downtown and sat on a Hill across the gorge with an amazing view of downtown. Even though I had a rental car, I never attempted to drive. I rode public transportation into town and usually called a cab back to the hotel....
One of the best AC Hotels I have stayed in. The personnel were amazing. The hotel is amazing and the view of the city is breathtaking. Highly recommended.
71 bus stop at door of the hotel and 71 bus go to sightseeing places directly.so it’s very convenient to play. The staff of the hotel are professional and kind.we can see old city just like wonderful pictures.

Very well located, right on the city wall and right next to the escalators. Our room was in the new part. Very friendly staff.
Beautiful, comfortable, and well-located hotel, relatively close to the historic center and the escalators that make it easier to climb. It has two outdoor pools. Street parking is difficult, but there is a paid parking lot nearby—ask the hotel. Breakfast is good, but you have to ask the waiter for the traditional eggs, bacon, and sausage (included in the price). We really liked the hotel and the views

The price/performance ratio is very high. The hotel is right next to the bus station, only a ten-minute walk from the train station, and close to the entrance of the mountain elevator. The room is not small. The big bed is two single beds put together, but for a solo traveler like me, a single bed is enough. The hotel has an outdoor terrace to overlook the ancient city. The room is big and clean, cost-effective, next to the bus station, but it is a bit noisy
The location is superb, near to the places of interests. Next to METRO. Ample free open-air parking minutes walk away, but may take a bit of figuring out. Rooms/Beds were good size, clean, odorless & comfortable. We had room heating kick-in but could quite figure out how to control it, fortunately the front desk resolved it eventually.
Easy and friendly check-in. Huge room. Extremely comfortable mattress and luxurious bedding. Spotlessly clean throughout. Massive wrap around terrace. Nice view. Quiet. Coffee machine. Mini bar fridge. Lovely bathroom with great shower. Luxury soap and shampoo. Very well lit. Huge TV. Free parking at Safont just 5 minutes easy walk away. Ten minutes walk (uphill) to Toledo centre.

We came to the restaurant on the corner of the hotel building - I presume that it's part of the hotel because it doesn't have a name above the restaurant. Great experience overall. The service was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. As expected from an Autograph hotel, everything felt well-designed and high quality. The only thing I would love to see is a barista-style coffee option—it would make the experience even better.
It believes it a 5 star hotel, but if it was at such a great location, it would be out of business, to many other negatives vs its outstanding location!
The hotel overall has many qualities worthy of its 5-star rating - attentive staff (apart from one less pleasant encounter at reception), delicious cocktails, and a super fresh breakfast with wonderful homemade jam. However, a couple of things kept our experience from being truly five stars. When we arrived, we noticed several spider webs in the room. One might be understandable, but finding multiple...

Wow. There really isn’t any other words to describe this property. From the moment we entered the door to when we checked out it was truly a delightful experience. The staff were amazing with a suggestion for a local meal that was exceptional. The room was modern but steeped with history. The hotel was impeccable. I highly recommend this property.

Not bad, not good. We chose the hotel because of the ease of parking in the area. That was fine, but other than that is was average for a 4 star.
