It is a little distance from the ancient city, and it takes 15-18 minutes to walk to the city gate. The scenery is good, and you can overlook the entire ancient city from the guest rooms and breakfast restaurant. Breakfast was 13 euros, which was OK. The room is relatively large

It's very outdated. The facilities aren't bad, but the passage of time is very noticeable. I used to go to this hotel more than 30 years ago, and it's practically the same. On the other hand, the breakfast didn't seem to offer particularly high-quality products.

The rooms were large and clean, but somewhat outdated. The bathtub was very old and the shower screen leaked... and there were very few electrical outlets. Furthermore, the only breakfast option was a buffet. If you want something simpler, there are no options, which I find regrettable.

It's not far from Toledo's old town, and the parking lot is large and free. The lobby is really spacious, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The elevators are old and a bit noisy. The room decor is rather dated, and the pillowcases had stains. Breakfast was crowded; there wasn't a single Asian face, only white people, mostly older.

Stunning views! Ideal for stargazing and seeing Toledo at night. The hotel is old but well-maintained and clean. Cozy bedding and secure windows made for a comfortable stay. One tip: the entrance is a bit tight, so large cars might have some trouble.

A hotel with stylish design, great rooms, and stunning views. Unfortunately, service is poor: empty minibar, Wi-Fi through reception, and the 24/7 café was closed. Lovely surroundings and fair price, but be prepared for limited food and drinks. The Hotel is a bit tired, but we liked it. I hope the management will make some changes and improve small issues.

We stayed for only one night during a motorcycle tour. The staff are very friendly and understanding where Spanish is not your first language. The room was excellent, spacious and with an excellent view of Toledo Old Town. Breakfast was good also.

In my opinion this is a 3, maximum 4 star hotel, not 5. As I mentioned already, I would advice fixing the screeching noises of the rolling toaster instead of simply living with it. Most guest probably do not enjoy it for breakfast. I would also focus on fixing the clogged bathroom sinks and cleaning the glass promenade that is full of dry rotten leaves.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.  The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.  Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although...

The location is superb, near to the places of interests. Next to METRO. Ample free open-air parking minutes walk away, but may take a bit of figuring out. Rooms/Beds were good size, clean, odorless & comfortable. We had room heating kick-in but could quite figure out how to control it, fortunately the front desk resolved it eventually.

Although the hotel is located a bit far from town and requires a car, the parking lot is spacious, and the view of town from the hotel is absolutely stunning. The rooms are also very clean and tidy. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a great hotel for families. The Superior Room offers such a great view of Toledo that you won't need to venture to the observation deck. Parking is also free, so you won't have to worry about the hassle.

Good hotel with clean room and shower room.Private car parking at the hotel cost 14 euro per day and you can access as many times as you want within a day. But be careful of the second floor of the garage, it's very tight space.

Wow. There really isn’t any other words to describe this property. From the moment we entered the door to when we checked out it was truly a delightful experience. We stayed here on a stopover and had a great time. The hotel is just a few min walk from the city center and has very spacious rooms, we had a shower and bathtub. We can with our dog and they prepared a lovely set up with a bed, bowl and poop bags. Very lovely! We parked at the hotel which was convenient.

Not bad, not good. We chose the hotel because of the ease of parking in the area. That was fine, but other than that is was average for a 4 star. Service wasn’t really sparkling, the rooms were OK, but the mattresses of the beds appeared to be old and you could actually feel the springs. Breakfast acceptable, no more than that. Excellent with clean and quiet environment. The front desk is Excellent too. We can keep the luggage in hotel after checking out. The private carpark is convenient for parking the car. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for a night. A very "woody" hotel, everything was wood. Didn't know how to operate the air-conditioning and it kept producing heat. Too hot at night so we opened the windows to sleep since it was about 6 degrees outside. They had a jacuzzi bathtub but we didn't use it. Lobby was decorated nicely.

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the El Greco Museum, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room is quite stylish, but the flow of shower water is a bit small.

Toledo is an ancient wall city with virtually no parking and a tremendous amount of up and down tiny cobblestone streets. We’d liked this hotel because it was roughly 1 mile from downtown and sat on a Hill across the gorge with an amazing view of downtown. Even though I had a rental car, I never attempted to drive. I rode public transportation into town and usually called a cab back to the hotel....

The ground floor apartment has easy lighted access just behind hotel. Refreshments and coffee provided inside room. Very quiet unless someone using exterior stairs to access upper apartments. Apartments are located in the city walls. There was a remain of a Roman tunel in the middle of the kitchen floor in our apartment. Very cool... Apartments are just across the street from the hotel. Well managed, with everything a family will need during stay. Our receptionist Diana was very kind, explaining little history of the city. Gave us some advice about restaurants, places to visit.

Our room no. Was 335. It was the most awkward room we ever had. There was a partition before we enter our room and our room door was glass with a curtain. The toilet bar below the sink was all rusty and the towel holder were held on with double-sided tape.

We had room 11 which is wonderful. It has a closed balcony with an oriel window and another window with wrought iron in the bathroom area. We had a very comfortable king bed, walk-in shower and the bathroom sink is separate from the toilet, bidet and shower. There a small refrigerator, a/c and fan. Their breakfast is very good, a buffet for meat,cheese, rolls and yogurt plus eggs can be ordered off...

Great hotel with fantastic service. You cannot have better location, almost at the heart of the city but in quiet street. Staff was very friendly during my stay but also before suggesting best parking. Breakfast was small but good - probably only one area which I would suggest improving: if I had fresh bread would be great. Anyway still great experience and my full recommendation

Beautiful, comfortable, and well-located hotel, relatively close to the historic center and the escalators that make it easier to climb. It has two outdoor pools. Street parking is difficult, but there is a paid parking lot nearby—ask the hotel. Breakfast is good, but you have to ask the waiter for the traditional eggs, bacon, and sausage (included in the price). We really liked the hotel and the views

We came to the restaurant on the corner of the hotel building - I presume that it's part of the hotel because it doesn't have a name above the restaurant. We had a great value menu del dia for €12.50 - starter, main and dessert or coffee. Bread and a half litre carafe of wine between 2 people was included. Basic meals but tasty and filling.

It's better than expected. There is a terrace where you can see the scenic spots on the mountain. It's the best place for those with cameras. There is free parking and a bar where you can have breakfast. It's not expensive. The room is big, the bed is big, the bathroom is big, it is very comfortable to live in, and it is very suitable for vacation, but it is only convenient if you have a car.

Great experience overall. The service was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. As expected from an Autograph hotel, everything felt well-designed and high quality. The only thing I would love to see is a barista-style coffee option—it would make the experience even better.

My wife and I are traveling through Spain and spent one night at the Eugenia. de Montijo. The hotel is beautified decorated and the staff is professional and welcoming. Great location, everything is clean and the staff are very friendly, there is no 24-hour reception.

The hotel is fine enough with a good location but very unwelcoming…. The person who checked us in was not friendly at all…. No Hello or anything..  Could not even find the wifi password.  The following morning we saw her again as we were going out for a walk and she was coming in…. Again, no acknowledgement at all…  far different from our last hotel where the receptionist even asks if all is good...

Nice Service, good Location the only downside IS that there IS No cheap parking available. They have Deals with one or two of the two parking Garages unfortunately the smaller ones and you have to stay at least 10 hours to get the benefit. Bit difficult If you want to explore the area. It's conveniently located in the heart of the old town. The hotel's interior and facilities are clean and well-maintained. The window system is old, so it can be a bit drafty on cold days. Other than that, there's not much to complain about.
