Enjoyed my stay here in Barcelona. The location of this hotel is in close proximity to both the centre of Barcelona and the airport by metro. The staff were friendly and helpful; the facilities were clean, and the room was spacious and exceptional. Ideal for all travellers, I would highly recommend it if you are considering booking a stay here.

The room was smelly of sink tap or drain, they changed the room for me but it could still feel a little smell. Also the sink and the shower were slow to flash the water. A part from that was not too bad.

The room is spacious, and the location is super convenient with a shopping area and a supermarket just 300m away, making it easy to grab essentials.

Novotel has always been my go to hotel when i travel and they have never disappointed me.

We were going on a cruise holiday from Barcelona and stayed one night in this hotel before the cruise. The hotel is also near the cruise terminal and only cost about €20 to get to the cruise terminal by Uber. There are many good restaurants nearby. The overall environment of the hotel is good. It was great! Room was clean and modern, and the man on reception was great! Allowed us to check in early (for a small fee) which was fantastic as we landed at 6am from Malta.  Only slight downside was that there was building works going on and we were trying to sleep… but it was 10am haha!  Another downside is the public transport in the area isn’t that great to get to Barcelona centre.

I stayed in the apartment before but this time my room was in the 1st floor. It was the worst stay and I couldn't sleep. You can feel the metro underground every few minutes. It's not a noise but a vibration so a ear plug didn't help. Also it was quite noisy upstairs, maybe on top of the bedroom was a living room or something. Anyway, if you stay, I recommend getting a room not in the first floor

The hotel is about 15mins away from Barcelona Airport. It is a basic hotel which is no dissimilar to any other travelodge. It has a restaurant that offers breakfast. The room does not have any aircond. The is no supermarket nearby. But it is very convenient if it’s to stay overnight and near the airport
